Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Thank you for the well wishes, readers.

My wife suffered a medical condition called Carpal Tunnel Sundrome in her left wrist. She had a minor operation. Her stiches are out today and is healing well.

Should be well again soon. And, I desperately need her with folding of dried clothes. I am absolutely fine with house chores, even cooking and scrubbing bathroom ... but folding of clothes.

What can man do without woman, eh?

Let me share a little bit about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

The above is a diagram of our wrist.

The Wikipedia described as " .... median neuropathy at the wrist is a medical condition in which the median nerve is compressed at the wrist, leading to pain, paresthesias, and muscle weakness in the forearm and hand."

She may have received from carrying too heavy stuff, believed to be, during moving office.

My wife undertook what is called a decompression operation. The one she had is not a lengthy operation. By the time I woke up dozing from reading the daily paper, she was already on her bed in the hospital ward.

Her recovery went well and hopefully her hands will regain back her normal strength. Good thing her current job does not involve much typing on computers anymore.

A good reminder to all us bloggers and blog readers.

I'll be back blogging very soon!!!!
