A 2010 article on Mahathir making its round on social media
An ole article on Tun Dr Mahathir from Bangkok Post is making its around on social media.
The link to the article on the May 30 2010 posting of a blog, that is dedicated to an unbiased discussion on Mahathir, is being passed around through Whass App messages within the professionals, middle class and elite crowd.
The title, "The corruption of Mahathir" is nothing unusual, but why now? Of all, what is being revealed that have never been revealed before by any other writers?
Since becoming #PM7, nothing he did has come to fruitation. All his moves ended up disastrously. Will the article serve any purpose to assist or exploit Mahathir's shaky situation now?
Do figure it out. It is being reproduced below:

Countering Kua's “I didn’t know we had an Orang Asli prime minister!”
Tun Dr Mahathir claimed himself to be Malay. His Indian bloodline came from his Malayali grandfather, recently great great grandfather, from Kerala.
He maybe lying as it is believed it is his father, but he could be accepted as Malay. His mother is Malay with a Wan title, and constitutionally fulfilled other criteria of professing Islam, and following Malay customs.
In his blog posting to defend his presence at the Malay Dignity Congress, he was lambasted by Dr Kua Kia Soong for the use of the term indigenous.
Kua have been critical of PH government and Mahathir lately for not fulfilling his desired reform. But his remark has racist intent to manipulate and dispute the Malay indigeous status.
It is as though it is only relevent for Orang Asli.

Despite Zaiton's paranoia, insider dare confirmed Najib's TH revelation as true

| Zakhir Mohamed in a selfie with Hizamuddin Jamalluddin of TH |
The day Lembaga Tabung Haji had to admit a revelation Dato Najib made of the institution still on a sell down mode instead of making fresh new investment, Hizamuddin Jamalluddin, a blue eye boy of Dato Zaiton Hassan was seen doing a selfie with blogger Zakhir Mohamed on his FB.
Hizamuddin became a blue eye willing to "fix" his colleagues with false report, in which it actually save him instead, and was tipped as a possible CEO candidate from inside.
He questioned why a character by the name of Mao "bantai" him. It is quite a typical denial or in-denial reaction of guilt.
If not, why would he expect the Mao character has ulterior motivation? Does it occur to him, ethics, morality and comradeship remain as relevant as ever?

Halim Saad questioned why PLUS debt not paid?
It came to the attention of this blogger that the pioneer of PLUS, Tan Sri Halim Saad with a Dato Wong Gian Kui entered a bid for PLUS.
The offer is for Khazanah's 51% stake for RM5.3 billion and came with 25% discount on toll rates. The discount is not the interesting part of the offer. For comparison, Guan Eng announced an 18% discount during Budget 2020 and MAJU offered a higher 36% discount.
The issues raised against Khazanah in the letter of offer relate to PLUS debt status.

Another political Malay group launched
Parti Bumiputera Perkasa Malaysia (PUTRA) held a launching ceremony at the Kelab Sultan Sulaiman fields yesterday.
There were 5,000 white chairs laid out on the field and by the look, it may have been filled up with yellow colours looking well with the city skyline.
The timing of their launch is exactly two weeks after the Himpunan Perpaduan Ummah (#HPU914), which culminated into signing of the Piagam Muafakat National between UMNO and PAS to end decades of political animosity.
Naturally, there were critics coming from UMNO and maybe PAS members, and supporters, that the launch of yet another Malay, Muslim based political party will further divide the already politically divided Malay votes.
The general belief is it will further weaken the Malay majority presence and bargaining power in government.

Appeal Court judge insulted Islam and Sultan
There was a decision made by the Court of Appeal yesterday against Selangor religious authorities in relation to the publication of Irshad Manji's book published by a company owned by Dato Zaid Ibrahim's son.
The Court of Appeal judge Umi Kalthum Abdul Majid, who chaired a three member bench with other members, Hasnah Mohamed Hashim and Suraya Othman uttered an insulting words against Islam and indirectly, state sovereign, the Sultan of Selangor.
The report by FMT mentioned:
"The appeal is allowed in part,” Umi said, adding that the conduct of the state religious authorities would lead to the “law of jungle and rule by ulama”.According to lawyers contacted, Judges have the discretion to make any comments in court. However, are they not bound by any form of ethical code for judges, or the least, decent common courtesy in their conduct in court?
