That was Dato Shafie Apdal's response. He denied all allegations in Noor Azman's police report Those spreading this allegation have bad intention and politically motivcated, which is true. It coul dbe from within and without Shafie's political circle.
He will take legal action against those who continue to slander and implicate him in this matter.
It is our practise at ABITW to give the right to response to those publicly known denials. The private ones is beyond anyone to know. Ada dengar itu YB?
Some commentators felt PKR and their lawyers are that good and can strip naked those implicated in this allegation. They are most welcome. Burden of proof is on the driver and Zuraidah is a mere third party.
Will Zuraidah be brave enough to continue? She doesn't have balls. Or she does?

Saya mengikuti rapat beberapa laporan di dalam media dan blog-blog tempatan yang telah mengaitkan saya dengan satu laporan polis oleh seorang yang bernama Noor Azman bin Azemi (No. KP. 740214-14-6237) no repot AMPANG/007017/12 bertarikh 13hb Mac 2012 yang mendakwa bekerja sebagai pemandu di bawah saya dan mengaitkan saya dengan pembayaran wang yang sebegitu banyak kepada seorang artis bernama Zahida Binti Mohamed Rafik.Glad he still have it. Keeping quiet does not serve any purpose.
Dengan ini, saya ingin menyatakan bahawa semua yang tertera di dalam laporan polis berkenaan adalah TIDAK BENAR sama sekali dan kenyataan-kenyataan iringan oleh individu yang menyebar luaskan salinan laporan polis berkenaan adalah BERNIAT JAHAT dan BERUNSUR POLITIK semata-mata.
Sehubungan itu, saya bersedia mengambil tindakan undang-undang terhadap sesiapa sahaja yang terus-terusan memfitnah saya dan mengaitkan saya dengan perkara ini.

Bro, bgtau pie kalau zahida tu isteri dia, buat pengakuan ajelah. Bila diam, timbul fitnah org kata main kayu tiga. Pembangkang kerja dia korek aje masalah org, buat apa bg ammo kat diorang.
If the driver is making a false police report, it is an offence under the law. Let us wait for the police to respond. If the police did not do anything to the driver and closed the case, then what the driver said is true and it is a cover up. As simple as that. No need to wait for the minister to sue. The minister should make a police report that he has been slandered but he didn't do it.
A mere denial is not good enough. These days people are smarter than that.
Beg to differ.
This is a civil issue and not a criminal issue for police to be required to investigate.
Zahids's report shd be investigated.
