After two years, where is IDR's Perak Amanjaya blueprint?
Or it remain only concept on his fingers?

How is Barisan Nasional to defend Perak when officials in Government and Government-sponsored institute do not heed our warning and remain stubborn? And then come out with a reply that avoids the issue and tries to bullshit and lie.

Does he think we are stupid or something?

It is a discomfort for this blogger to be expected to restrain himself and not play his role because there are those who believe Perak is not quite you call a safe state and one eye should be closed to wrongdoings.

In fact, it is because if Perak is not quite you call a safe state, there is more reasons that there should be no compromise on good governance, efficient use of state resources, and combat against wrongful practices of corruption, cronyism and nepotism or KKN, as some faction in UMNO used to call.

If BN is to lose Perak now, not a single sen must be allowed to leak for some politician to make hay while sunshine.

It is because honesty, integrity and effectiveness in governing and bringing peace, harmony and abundance to the rakyat will be the premise for the people to yearn to see BN return to power.

Barisan Nasional wants to remain in power in Perak forever, thus small things must not be allowed to add up to be a problem.

With that bit of sermon, the response by Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR)'s CEO, Aminuddin Amin's (read in Perak Today here) on our allegation of the wrongful manner in the appointment of Talent Solution as consultant for PEKA (read past posting here and here) is best described as a dud.

"It's bullshit and a lie, Aminuddin!"

In case, Aminuddin or anyone would like to point fingers or blame others for this bloggers writing, mind you that is an insult. This blogger is quite aware that Aminuddin have been openly expressing that thought.

Let me say this to him, "F**k you!"

This blogger answers to nobody and can be told by nobody. This blog is not one of those that mushroomed after BN's loss after 2008 and need to be encouraged, trained and taught to blog. No offense intended to those bloggers.

In case this mother*ucker does not know, this blog existed since 2005, 6 *ucking years ago. This blogger have been in the political cyberwar defending BN and UMNO since the reformasi days and have a sleepy Prime Minister with a wicked son-in-law as casualty in his batch of honour.

Don't ever *ucking say that someone can *ucking tell me to write this and that. I will write what I want to write and at my own time, *ucker!

Because I have been insulted, my reply will not be kind.

How can Aminuddin deny that Talent Solution is not his crony and claim that the individuals involved in the company have been in the business for 15 years?

Read back what is written here and tell us how he could make such claim?

Kota Damansara based, Talent Solution is only registered three month ago. The two Directors of Talent Solution are Wan Azrain, former Education Manager with NCER and Amie Yusnizar, administrative assitance with an American bottling plant in Petaling Jaya.

Both of them probably never had a total 15 years employment experiance. Neither have they any recruitment or job placement experiance nor are they Perakians.

Aminuddin was quoted on video saying, "Yang lebih penting, kita juga mengambil faktor semangat syarikat ini yang mana tunggak Talent Solution ialah anak jati Perak dan mereka ini mahu bersama-sama IDR untuk membangunkan negeri ini."

He *ucking lied!

In actual fact, these two people are proxies to Czarina Alia, COO of Innovation Associte's recruitment arm Career Xcell who is STILL A FULLTIME employee of IA and unprofessionally and unethically, doing business on the side.

IA Group CEO is Datuk Dr Hamzah Kassim, who is a NEAC member. Aminuddin was IA's former Associate Director.

In case sqaure accountants doesn't understand the meaning of the word cronyism, the Oxford Dictionary describe crony as intimate friends. Wikipedia described it as below:

Cronyism is partiality to long-standing friends, especially by appointing them to positions of authority, regardless of their qualifications. Hence, cronyism is contrary in practice and principle to meritocracy.

This consultancy was given to Talent Solution for Aminuddin's long-standing friendshp with his former IA colleague, Czarina.

Who is he trying to bullshit to claim below:

"Tidak dinafikan ada beberapa syarikat lain yang tampil menawarkan khidmat konsultan kepada IDR tetapi kita lihat mereka ini tidak mampu dari segi pengalaman dan kepakaran."

Upon saying that in Peral Today report, Aminuddin went on his usual concept bullshit, which he can only impress those naive and ignorant blokes.

Let me ask him: Why does IDR need to reinvent the wheel already done by the Ministry of Human Resource and Jobs Malaysia at the additional expense of the state government of Perak?

Conveniently, I was told that PEKA's office in Ipoh is right across the street to Jobs Malaysia's office. Leave it to the readers to draw a suspicion.

As consultant, Aminuddin may be thinking so princely of himself as though he is an "untouchable" and indispensible blue-boy because he has the ears of Menteri Besar, Dato Seri Dr Zambery Abdul Kadir.

He should remember that he is a public servant and even the Menteri Besar can be dispensed by the rakyat. If the choice is between holding on to power and him, a politician will dump him.

Aminuddin could become a political liability to the Menteri Besar and BN state Government if he doesn't deliver. After two years and millions of state money poured into IDR, what blueprint and great ideas have his think tank produce. Has his concepts tanked?

This is not about Zambery or any politicians but about a public servant who does not know his place in the scheme of things that he thinks he can bullshit the public.

Pre-empting Anwar's Oscar performance

If Lee Kuan Yew, who recently said the Malays should not be too Islamic, can wear a songkok to win the Malay votes, what is to stop a man dubbed Chameleon by The Economists magazine from changing his colour in the desperate attempt to save his political existence?

Some politicians will do anything to survive. Some will cheat, lie, steal, and even murder to avoid from seeing their career end. What more for those that will end their career in shame.

If the sex tape is authenticated as genuine, Dato Zaid Ibrahim had said he is sure that the new political porn star is Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

With the public unable to ascertain whether the new political porn star is Anwar, the maestro liar and spinmaster he is, Anwar have cleverly turned the table around to blame UMNO, Government and certain Government agencies and personalities.

How long can he play the sentiment game?

His cards can be read and his move can be pre-empted. The truth will catch up eventually. With just a 'bomb', him and his whole machinery can be demolished and destroyed.

Same trick twice

There was a lesson this blogger got from his late sifu. Never repeat the same trick twice. The pepper spray incident on Tun Dr Mahathir at Kota Baru airport in 2006 was a lesson that should never to be forgotten

Anwar is taking the predictable path that have failed before. He is using his old reformasi playbook from 1998. And, he has opened a vulnerable flank for himself by playing the predictable scripts.

Another surprise and Anwar and the whole Pakatan Rakyat machinery will not survive. They will be dumbfounded and stunt. His ground is not solid but as weak and unstable as the coastal Sarawak peat soil. His much weakened troops from the casualty of saving "Private" Azmin will freeze and crumble.

He thinks that sentiment had return with some 7-9,000 attendees to the special prayers and political rally at Melawati Stadium, Shah Alam last night. And he liked to believe that since the police stopped a Pakatan Rakyat event for holding a public rally without permit, it has created curiousity from the people.

That is only fair on the people to hear the other side of the story. The political leaders could not make any statements for it will be wrongly perceived to affirm UMNO conspiracy allegations by Anwar. Government official responses are the usual sanitised answers and lines.

Anwar had lined up interesting answers to continue his psywar attack. He has got Johari Abdul to spin six reasons why it was not him; shoulders, leg muscles, stomach, etc.

However, Johari admitted at a Permatang Pauh rally that it looked like Anwar Ibrahim.

Johari had admitted in front of witnesses in the viewing room that it was Anwar.

He thinks he could get away playing his words against others' words.

At the Pakatan political star-studded event at Melawati Stadium, PAS Vice President, Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man's tazkirah was an indication of the predictable script.

He spoke about supporting Anwar against this new slander, in which he himself has yet to see the video and verify.

If there is no religous twist, it is not PAS. Tuan Ibrahim said such slander existed during the time of the prophet but it is worst these days. Off course, he did not touched on the slander against Najib for having a tryst and the murder of Mogolian Altantunya, if it is not from Anwar and some invisible hands within UMNO

He went further to say that slander is the act of those who has no faith and could not differentiate between dosa (sin) and pahala (reward).

Tuan Ibrahim said his doubt of the video was based on Johari Abdul's description.

It seems Chegu Bad too changed his public statement from his private statement for politics sake. UMNO Reform, Anuar Mohd Nor that came to view with Chegu Bard could not be contacted for comment.

Tuan Ibrahim went further to say, any allegations need to be investigated first before make it public. The method is questionable but isn't this what the trio is doing?

Having heard of Tuan Ibrahim's land dealing in the recent Kerdau by-election, this once respectable former ITM lecturer has now sink in the same shithole as any politicians. More so, with words that he is considering to run for Deputy President against Dato Husam Musa and Nasaruddin.

For the rest of PAS, President, Dato Seri Haji Hadi Awang, who will be pitted to be challenged by PAS Mursyidul Am, Dato Nik Aziz Nik Mat, seemed to be seeking a lifeline with the pro-Anwar Erdogan faction by giving support to Anwar.

Other Vice Presidents, Salahuddin Ayub and Dato Mahfuz Omar, are taking a politically pragmatic position to lean with the wind.

This is unlike the position taken by PAS Secretary General, Chegu Pa.

He, like most PAS grassroot including those that attended last night's special prayers and rally, would rather verify the tape before assuming any position.

Chegu Pa is not alone. PAS youth leader, Nasruddin Hassan expressed PAS Youth support for a Royal Commission of Inquiry.

They maybe aware that Anwar have not answered for the gap in his Twitter and the missing Omega watch.

Anwar's predictables

Anwar will view the event at Stadium Melawati positively. He would like the see the message reach the rural areas.

He will rely on Saifuddin, Chegu Bad and their new ceramah star, Johari Abdul to spread the message across the Peninsular Malaysia.

Off late, Anwar's proxy managed to control ABIM and is likely to rely on Dr Md Manuty to spread the message through the same channel. Have they managed to control the members' hearts and mind?

Predictably, Anwar would request that the video from last night mass turnout be screened for their nationwide speaking tour.

Their spin would be to link the current happening with the illegal but admissable DNA collected from samples obtained in the police lock-up and the 1998 incident by linking to recent letters from former police officer, Dato Mohd. Zin (Read here. This blogger have some unfinish issues with him).

The solution to all these brand of politics, which Anwar accused UMNO of practising but he is the real master, he wish to sell is his 2-year national bankruptsy plan, the Buku Jingga proposal.

Through this critical and challenging times, Anwar will project a different self.

He will project himself as someone good and holy to make it impossible for anyone to suspect he is ever involved in such immoral acts such as sodomy and prostitution.


Part of the public relation act is to potray himself as a family man, loving husband, and pious person. More images of him attending group prayers, giving out donations, visiting community events, kissing babies, etc. will be seen.

Anwar will give a Friday sermon if he has too.

Hopefully for Anwar, the momentum will continue. The crowd for an event like last night's will swell to the 20-30,000 attendance it is used to.

Anwar can go on with his Oscar winning act, but how long can such a perception play last?

As one former PKR youth leader, Zaid Mohd Arip said over lunch to this blogger, Anwar will eventually have to face up to three stark realities.

One: The reality of his DNA in the police lock-up, which he admitted the three objects was his, matches that in sample Male Y.

Second: He will be imprisoned, if found guilty, for his sodomy act with Saiful Bahri.

Three: The current sex video, if not other sex videos still in existence still floating around, may prove Dr Mahathir to be right. Anwar is an immoral person unfit to be the leader of this nation.

Thus far, Zahid said Anwar has refused to answer for the two hours gap in his Twitter and the missing Omega watch.

He anticipate that Anwar will introduce some of his relatives and friends to claim alibi to answer for the two hours he was missing from his Twitter. Rafizi Ramli's excuse of Facebook presence was squashed by Dr Novandri's highlight of the Daylight Savings Time of North America.

As it is, Anwar had introduced a former special branch officer, Haji Kudus to substantiate his allegation for accusing Special Branch involvement in the recent sex video tape.

The problem with that line is that the former Deputy Branch Head of PKR Kuala Selangor left the service before reformasi and participated in the reformasi of 1998. How is he to claim that the recent sex video tape is planted by Special Branch?

In short, all one need to remember is TV3's report of Dato Shazryl Eskay when they first came forward. Eskay said, he did not know if there are other copies of the video available.

A pictures tell a thousand stories. A video tells a million words.

Hmmm ... that should be a scary thought for Anwar.

That is what is already known out there. There could be other possibilities outside Anwar and others' knowledge.

With just one easy shot, that is enough to stunt, frustrate and even weaken Pakatan political machinery in mid-air of a revival.

In defense of Rahim

Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik should not have been seen to be involve for it would be easily manipulated by Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim and the opposition.

Rahim should have stayed in the background and provide the support, rather than being in the forefront. Even if it is to settle an old score, he should have kept his cool.

There is a long list of things he should not have done and for many reasons. Why then did he do it in such manner?

Upon reviewing the event again and discarding the reaction of Anwar and his bunch of liars, Rahim was actually being fair to Anwar.

The Melayu in him was still holding back from all out aibkan (bringing shame) another person.

The Melayu in him was still saying that even if he was a victim of Anwar's deceitful politics, he shouldn't be vengeful and accept the end of his political career as faithed.

Rahim understood that the happening is a private matter. However, a future leader must not have dark secret in his closet that will compromise the country.

Let's ponder again.

The Dato T trio invited only selective people for the viewing; editors, newspaper reporters, and politicians. It is not for all but limited few.

Rahim was fair to invite also the opposition and opposition-inclined editors, newspaper reporters and politicians.

Subsequently, the trio issued a statement to say they will be giving a copy to Anwar and Datin Seri Wan Azizah for verification. Isn't that fair?

Before one accused the person, one give the person a chance to see it and verify. Both Anwar and Wan Azizah were requested to resign immediately after verifying the video. If Anwar is a person of low moral and unworthy of high office and leadership of this country, he and his abetting wife should resign from all political posts.

Fair and square. But why did Rahim decide to appear?

Maybe they never planned to appear yet, but Johari Abdul blow their cover and announced it as them. Nevertheless, since Rahim met those people viewing the video, it only means he wants to appear.

Come to think of it, Rahim had gone through his punishment. He quit from his illustrous post as Chief Minister of Melaka in 1994 and subsequently from UMNO Youth Chief in 1996. Any attempt to return has been short lived.

One Dato' Mufti met told this blogger that Rahim confessed to him that he regretted his past doing and accepted his faith. So why should he be held back by his past?

Maybe Rahim's approach was a bit gung-ho.

In the first place, Rahim should have been curious as to why Dato Shazryl Eskay suddenly came up with such a video? Despite being known to get oppurtunity from Tun Dr Mahathir, Eskay is a closer associate of Anwar Ibrahim.

There are more background details about Eskay that this blogger have uncovered from some of his business associates. Rahim and Dato Shuib Lazim should have known better than to be too trusting.

Then again, people without ill-intent tend to be too trusting.

Rahim should have consulted people in power and in the know before calling that viewing in Carcosa. They would have told him that such expose was not necessary because Anwar's court case was not doing fine.

The viewing should not be held at Carcosa and booked by a Risda officer, I was told. Carcosa was inappropriate. It is the sort of place for Mat Salleh and perasan Mat Salleh have tea and scones.

Rahim could have emulated the method sex video of Dato Seri Chua Soi Lek was exposed; by passing out VCD in a selected area than let it have a life of it's own and eventually ended up on the Internet.

Faster still, Rahim could have uploaded the video on a video sharing websites other than You-Tube. You-Tube does not allow pornography.

In such manner, many would have known and made up their mind as to the identity of the person. If it is really Anwar, many would have made up their mind from actually seeing the video and from being told by some editor or journalist.

It is unlike now where the public has not seen it. Pakatan is enjoying a revival of interest from this sex video by accusing fitnah II. All because the public could not judge themselves, unlike the Soi Lek tape.

Because it is Rahim, UMNO is being accused of conspiracy to slander Anwar for the secon dtime.

Some kind of lawful mechanism or that by-pass our law mechanism be used to make the public see for themselves and verify that the person nourishiung on the China doll is Anwar Ibrahim.

Dato Zaid Ibrahim viewed that if the video is genuine i.e. no technological trick, the fine "2 shots in 20 minutes and still standing" performance is Anwar Ibrahim.

Zaid urged the Government to authenticate the video fast and stopped the public confusion. This we agree with Zaid Ibrahim.

SUNGAI PETANI: The Govern­ment should quickly establish the authenticity of the sex video of a man resembling Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and a woman who is believed to be a prostitute, Kita president Datuk Zaid Ibrahim said.

He said the Government should do so fast, otherwise it would be bad for the nation and its leadership.

He again suggested that the Government get foreign help to establish the authenticity of the video.

Zaid said dragging the issue too long would also be unfair to Anwar.

“My eyesight says it looks like Anwar, my senses say it looks like Anwar and I think it is Anwar. I am convinced of what I have seen.

“This is what I am saying now but whether the video is genuine or not, that’s for the experts to determine,” he said after opening Kita’s Kedah headquarters at Taman Tunku Haminah here on Friday.

Nibong Tebal MP Tan Tee Beng and several former PKR members were present at the event.

Zaid admitted that he watched the video during the screening for media members at Carcosa Seri Negara on Monday, but said he did not know why representatives from selected media were invited for the screening.

When asked why he watched the video as he should know it is a criminal offence to do so since he is a lawyer, Zaid replied that he treated the video as a documentary and not pornography.

Maybe ... this is a maybe ... Rahim had no intention to be vengeful. Rahim had no intention to hyped up the sex video and put his old friend, Anwar into further shame like what he had experiaenced.

Mind you, Rahim is not the same man from the past. He is late in his 60s and is aware that it is a sin to aibkan (bring shame) someone.

Rahim was sincere to tell Anwar and Wan Azizah politely to just leave the political scene than make more damage to the country.

However, it can be understood that with perception built up over the years and prejudice against Rahim is too ingrained, it is difficult to believe and agree to those possibilities.

This time you've gone too far, Nurjazlan

Dato' Nurjazlan is going around bitching to Johoreans and his Pulai constituents in Johor Baru saying Mahathir sympathisers framed Anwar Ibrahim.

He claimed Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik did it without the consent of Dato Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak.

That was told to this blogger in an SMS coming from a highly reliable source from his UMNO Division.

For someone, who is the head of an UMNO Division and kept riding on his father's name to survive Pulai, those two statements are not too smart.

It is tantamount to back stabbing UMNO from within. Those words only perpetuate further the open secret that Melayu Liberals like Nurjazlan are closet Anwarista.

As it is, Anwar's people are spinning that there is a high level conpiracy by UMNO to frame Anwar.

How ill intent Nurjazlan could be to claim it on the Mahathir sympathiers, when almost any other person in UMNO, pro-Mahathir or otherwise, are saying it is a dumb Rahim's attempt to be a hero and try a comeback?

It is too poorly timed, badly planned, not thought through, and pathetically executed to have any Mahathir or pro Mahathir signature. With Anwar squirming in court, any true pro-Mahathir operators would just lay back and do nothing.

This is the kind of thing, political amateur, whining baby, like Nurjazlan, would do. Remember Nurjazlan crying in his Division meeting speech to gain sympathy, which otherwise he would have lost badly.

He won with the help of papa.

And he doesn't realise over the years how much people puke everything as Ketua Bahagian, he has to keep mentioning his father kirim salam, whenever he is on stage.

This comment by Nurjazlan is another typical bitching and whining by Nurjazlan, his late father and family. This has gone too far and long. It is time to make him stop.

Every hangers-on at PWTC, particularly at Riverside and The Mall, knows his late father, Tan Sri Mohamad Rahmat have been bitching of not getting anything for the service he claimed he had done for Dr Mahathir all through the years.

This blogger can't quite understand such language.

Wasn't Tok Mat being paid salary to be Minister and Secretary general of UMNO?

The late Tok Mat should be lucky because he was already in the boondock as Ambassador to Indonesia and on his way out of politics. The position he got was for back stabbing the whole Johor UMNO, who for lack of a better judgement collectively agreed to back Tun Musa Hitam.

Is Tok Mat and family saying that support should be exchanged for projects and contracts? Where is all the talk on stage of perjuangan kepada agama, bangsa dan negara?

Why does he need it at such late age?

Tok Mat was quite wealthy when he first stepped out of Cabinet. Hope Nurjazlan will not try to deny that his father had shares in Air Hitam Tin Syndicate Berhad and made more from subsequent corporate exercise.

Nurjazlan's mother came from a wealthy Indonesian Chinese settling in Singapore. The Equatorial Hotel chain belongs to that family.

Tak cukup-cukup harta kekayaan dunia lagikah?

It is due to their perception of not getting anything, the late Tok Mat and Nurjazlan too went bitching about Dr Mahathir's administration and sided with Tun Abdullah on the crooked bridge issue.

His late father expressed it in his book. But who is he kidding by trying to rebrand himself as a progressive Melayu Liberal?

Nurjazlan explicitly expressed views that Melayu do not need any more assistance and are quite capable of being competitive. He express disgust with the affirmative action policies of Dr Mahathir which his father was part of the collective responsibility.

What a load of hogwash!

Melayu Liberal, as this blogger have written before are a bunch of fake. Ask ourselves: Why are most Melayu Liberals are to be found working with GLCs and trying to secure Government contracts.

Melayu Liberal boys like IDEAS wants Government to put them, inexperienced and ill equipped, to be CEO of GLCs.

The Melayu Liberals have more dependent mentality than the believers of affirmative actions. Fighter of affirmative action are thinking of the lower social class Bumiputeras.

And the professionalism, honesty and integrity of Melayu Liberals are questionable. Their shining example are Khairy Jamaluddin, Zaki Zaid, and that former Sabah UMNO Youth Chief.

Nurjazlan thinks this blogger is not aware what is being said of "Buck" within former MRSM Kulim students. "Buck" was his nicname in his days at MRSM Kulim. Wonder what is galloping in hostel those days?

If he is against Dr Mahathir, why did he went to boarding school when he is already financially endowed? Don't tell me he studied abroad on Government scholarship.

Talk within his old boys was that when he was Chairman for Tender Committee at Telekom Malaysia Berhad, he opened door for the boys to get contracts.

As claim by one of his classmate, the then CEO, Dato Abdul Wahid Omar had to close one eye or Nurjazlan will, as member, if not Chairman of the Audit Committee, give management a hard time.

Off course, he can brush those talk as heresay.

In case Najib's people are reading, monitor what this Melayu Liberal is doing as Chairman of UDA and the RM5 billion project coming his way. The Chairman of UDA is supposed to only chair Board of Director meeting, no more than that.

Now for the real juice.

When accountant-trained Nurjazlan was at Telekom, he picked up some knowledge on telecommunication.

He may have given his late father some good advice, because it seems there is a verbal agreement to give to his brother a RM300 million contract from MCMC for a "block phone" contract.

Things were moving on fine until the contract is put on the MACC radar, no thanks to a report and documents given to MACC by a blogger.

What happen to Melayu does not need assistance and can compete? Pirahh ... it is difficult to many people's eyes to believe it, now that Nurjazlan's brother who is considered related party asked for Government contract.

The report and document may reached the constituency of Pulai. It will spread like wild fire. Opposition will seize on it.

If the grassroot voters are not happy with such power abuse by the late Tok Mat, Nurjazlan will be no more a winnable candidate for Pulai Parliamantary seat.

Without papa's holding his hands, he is no more winnable as Division chief in Pulai. Yaacob Atan is waiting and ready for him.

MACC will be watching his and his family dealing, and ready for him too.

Where is the opposition's sense of morality?

Every UMNO or BN leaders with established morality issue leave the political scene.

Even Dato Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek resigned and left the scene but came back and surprisingly got re-elected. That is a something puzzling that only MCA delegates can rationalised.

Why are those caught Pakatan leaders and politicians getting away scot-free?

None have resigned from their post and left politics. Some still remain actively in politics and ignoring the public resentment of their moral standing.

Forget about trying to argue which is the bigger sin: Corruption or adultery?

It is not a case of either or but neither nor. Leaders or politicians with any of those weakness will have to go.

If one cheats on your own spouse or deviate from adhering to one's own value from own faith or culture, who is trust such person to be community or national leaders.

Caught in a khalwat case, Mat Sabu is still actively making a living as a popular PAS penceramah.

Elizabeth Wong, so-called victim of her voyeaur Malay toy boy but still an adulterer, is still busy in politics without any ounce of shame or guilt.

Lawyers: Possession and screening of the video a criminal act

PETALING JAYA: Datuk T's action in showing media representatives video footage of several sex acts, allegedly featuring a top politician, is an offence under the Film Censorship Act 2002, said criminal lawyers.

Under Section 5 of the Act, no person shall have in his possession, control or ownership of any film material which is obscene or against public decency.

It also states that no person shall circulate, exhibit or distribute these film materials, and anyone guilty of it can be jailed not more than five years or fined between RM10,000 and RM15,000, or both.

Criminal lawyer Datuk K. Kumaraendran said Datuk T (revealed to be Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik, Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Datuk Shuaib Lazim) had breached the law by being in possession of the sex video.

“It is also an offence to exhibit such a video,” he said, adding that police could investigate the trio under this section of the Act.

However, he said police would first have to determine if the sex video was indeed obscene.

Kumaraendran added that the trio could be charged under Section 499 of the Penal Code for criminal defamation if it was proven that the man in the video was not Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

Another criminal lawyer, Amarjit Singh Sidhu, said they could also be investigated under Section 292 of the Penal Code, which is similar to Section 5 of the Film Censorship Act.

However, the penalty under Section 292 is lighter with imprisonment of up to three years, or a fine, or both.

“They can also be investigated under Section 503 of the Penal Code which deals with criminal intimidation,” he said.

Criminal lawyer Sreekant Pillai stressed that police should be allowed to carry out their investigations without political pressure.

“All parties should be investigated fairly. Politicians shouldn't point fingers and interfere,” he said.

In Islam, it is also immoral to shame and make public a person's weakness. How will that apply for a public figure and leader with many followers? By keeping quite and not exposing it, will that tantamount to abetting or in arabic, subahah to allow him to decive the public.

Prove it was not you in sex video, Chua tells Anwar

KOTA BARU: Datuk Seri Dr Chua Soi Lek has called on Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and other opposition leaders to cooperate with the police in their investigations into the sex video case.

The MCA president said Anwar, who has been implicated as one of the actors in the video, should come clean on the matter.

“The matter is in the hands of the police and we hope they conduct the investigation professionally.

“The onus is on Anwar to prove that he is not involved in the video and it is a golden opportunity for him to prove that he is innocent and give his fullest cooperation to the police in the course of the investigation,” Dr Chua told reporters after attending the MCA 1Medical fund-raising dinner at the Chinese Chamber of Commerce hall here last night.

Also present was Kelantan MCA committee chairman Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen.

Dr Chua said the video issue should not be politicised, adding that the people should leave the matter to the police to investigate.

PM: Truth matters most in sex video

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said validity and truth are paramount questions that must be answered in connection with the sex video allegedly involving a prominent opposition politician and a foreign prostitute.

The Umno president said the issue over the controversial video recording was among the topics discussed during the party's supreme council meeting here last night.

“As a party which bases its principles on the truth, Umno wants to know the validity and truth which must be sought and not diverted to other matters,” he told reporters after chairing the meeting at the party's headquarters at Menara Onn here.

He said it was vital that the truth be found, in particular through detailed and professional police investigations, including the contribution from experts in the field of video recording.

Najib said Umno had nothing to do with the recording and that allegations of its involvement was done to divert attention.

“There are certain quarters who claimed that it is a conspiracy and this is just to divert the attention to the crux of the matter of whether such an act was recorded or not,” he said.

As to whether the recording could have been doctored, he said such an act would be detected via detailed investigations.

“If there were attempts to technically alter the recording, this would easily be detected. Experts scrutinising the recording will surely be able to tell if it was doctored,” he said.

He said calls for the setting up of a Royal Commission of Inquiry to probe the video is not one for Umno to decide, adding: “It is for the Government to decide.”

Few years ago, this blogger had a teh tarik with few PAS leaders. They were told Anwar will not survive the second sodomy case and he has a serious morality issue.

They said they are aware of it and doing it with their eyes open. Hope their eyes are really open.

PAS have since lost their moral and political ground to claim themselves as a political party struggling for an Islamic because of their confusing stance and flip flop statements by their leaders, not too mentioned Nik Aziz's bad mouth.

They are neither seen as a Malay party for their willingness to be subservience to DAP and PKR and the dissociating from taking care of Malay interest.

PAS grassroots are embarassed to continue defend Anwar's immoral trysts and the leaders can sink and swim with Anwar, they are not anymore.

Between Anwar and UMNO, Anwar is the bigger evil to PAS's cause. PAS has visibly lost moral ground by defending Anwar. Learn it from UMNO, a moral ground once lost takes time to revive.

Like everything else, the truth will prevail in the long run.

KUALA LUMPUR, March 25 — At Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s home last night, former Abim president Datuk Siddiq Fadhil gave an impassioned sermon to a 400-strong crowd of mostly Muslims.

But a quick survey of the compound saw more than half of the men clad in robes or baju Melayus absorbed in reading a chronological account of events in the sex video saga where Anwar is allegedly shown having sex with a prostitute.

Curiosity, especially within the Malay public, has been piqued and this is viewed positively by Pakatan Rakyat (PR), who will be holding a series of rallies in the coming week that will see it go on the offensive, accusing Umno of gutter politics.

“The sex video is shrouded in doubt. This has opened the way for us to reach the public, especially the Malays who want to find out more,” PKR secretary-general Saifuddin Nasution told The Malaysian Insider.

Last night, Anwar held prayers at his home and had catered for 250 Muslims to come for a night of sermons, but the opposition leader later had to apologise to the 400 who came for being ill-prepared for the crowd.

If the video is — as PR claims — an Umno ploy, then it may well backfire as pact now appear to have been galvanised.

Anwar is in his element when under siege and issues quickly become platforms for the PKR de facto leader, as was seen when tens of thousands protested his 1998 sacking as deputy prime minister.

His party has responded swiftly to seize the initiative since the video first surfaced on Monday, alleging Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s involvement with the trio, collectively known as “Datuk T”, behind the 21-minute tape.

PKR’s claims of dirty politics by Umno has gained credence when Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik, who had to resign in 1994 as Malacca chief minister after accusations of statutory rape, admitted that he was part of “Datuk T.”

Umno, too, has seen the potential damage and has been quick to distance itself from its former Youth chief, insisting that Abdul Rahim was acting in his personal capacity.

Significantly, even PAS now seems to be firmly by Anwar’s side after talk of uneasiness with PKR following a string of by-election defeats in Malay-majority seats.

When a reporter asked Anwar on Tuesday if he should swear on the Quran that he was not the man in a sex video that surfaced the day before, it was PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang who insisted on fielding the question.

“Let me answer this,” he told Anwar at the press conference, before launching into a short sermon on Syariah law.

“We were surprised. Hadi is usually very reserved but I think he has had enough,” said PKR deputy president Azmin Ali.

The normally calm Abdul Hadi has been on a warpath since.

In a sermon that night in Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya, he spent over 20 minutes of a fiery speech claiming that the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) was indulging in gutter politics to bring down Opposition Leader Anwar, who is also facing an ongoing sodomy trial.

Abdul Hadi has been seen as being cool about his Islamic party’s relationship with Anwar, unlike the “Erdogan” camp in PAS that is said to support the embattled PKR de facto leader at all cost.

Anwar finding an unexpected champion in Abdul Hadi to fight the latest allegation of sexual misconduct is the clearest sign that the opposition coalition still has plenty of puff left in it.

Azmin’s sister, Ummi Hafilda, who has accused Anwar of sexual misconduct over the past 13 years, has claimed that there are 18 more sex videos of the Permatang Pauh MP.

But as Badrul Hisham Baharin, a PKR Youth leader, put it last night, “They can have 188 more sex videos and it would not matter.” - The Malaysian Insiders

Johari Abdul lied on his "uncle" Shuib Lazim

There is so much spinning by anak menatang ... menate indeed, to Dato Shuib Lazim, Johari Abdul that this blogger decide to call him personally and get his response. In case, someone think this blogger is bullshiting, can someone verify if 019xxxx777 is his handphone number.

Johari, the MP for Sungai Petani, was reported by The Malaysian Insiders (MI) here to claim that Shuib admitted in the lift together with him that the person is NOT Anwar Ibrahim.

This is in propaganda game is to further affirm an allegedly earlier lie. In Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik statement, he said Johari acknowledged it was Anwar in the viewing room at the Flamingo Hotel in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

Shuib's reply is "1,000% lebih, orang dalam video itu Anwar Ibrahim." (More than 1,000%, that person in the video is Anwar Ibrahim.)

That's more than 200% as what one news editor said.

In another MI report here, Johari also claimed that Shuib is not part of the Dato T trio.

There is no way for this blogger to believe because the reporter that helped arrange for the Carcosa viewing is a close friend. This blogger was told by the reporter that Shuib agreed to have his name announced by Rahim.

When asked of Johari statement, Shuib said to this blogger, "Anak menatang babi ... Saya uruskan sama. Mestilah saya ambil tanggungjawab." (That pig nephew ... I handled it. I must take responsibility.)

That's old school macho. They also take responsibility for their own doing.

Looks like Johari has ended his career as MP in a wisp. He survived Sungai Petani after losing several times by using family sentiment. By crossing Shuib, a Sungai Petani power broker, he will on realise of his uncle power and influence.

When told of the possibility they maybe charged for pornography related offense, his response was, "Serah pada polis." (Leave it to the police)

On that note, this blogger hanged the phone before asking who paid for the Carcosa room because read in some blog that the room was reserved by a Risda officer.

Maybe it is not necessary to ask from this retired politician who donates his personal money for Perkasa's case. Any of the trio could afford to pay for the room.

Although Johari tried to look as though he tried "save" to save his uncle for associating with Rahim and Eskay, he can't avoid being seen as lying on his uncle. Shuib is a man who does not mince his words.

Shuib, out his convinction that it is Anwar in the sex video, may have out of the goodness of his heart tried to save his nephew from the embarassment of further association with Anwar.

He may have talked to Johari about crossing over. Naturally, PKR people have been programmed to think that all crossover come with money.

Johari may have been instructed by the real B.A.B.I. to cox Shuib to speak to the press and deny all these allegations of Johari. That is when planted questions will be put.

Knowing Shuib being a feisty old Pemuda warrior, he will say his piece and his words will get twisted again. His political association with Tun Daim will be spinned into a fine cloth.

PKR people are also instintively trained by Anwar to lie and twist the truth. Without watching the video, Anwar had denied and Nik Nazmi called it a Government conspiracy.

It runs in the family.

Yesterday, Wan Azizah made a statement to say that she does not wish to see the sex video tape. In an SMS to Rahim, she express her wish to see the video.

Now that Rahim Tamby is involved, it became fodder for Anwar to get to the old reformasi routine.

Anwar was reported by The Malaysian Insider to turn the table on Rahim and quickly dismiss all this as conspiracy. This is all but UMNO's evil politics. Read here.

That is the important question being asked by the public that need answer. A royal commission is fine but it is too long.




In the meanwhile, Anwar will go on lying to make the sex video issue a bigger story and steal the headline from his losing sodomy case.

On Wednesday, Johari was at the court with Anwar. Reformasi styled demo nstration was seen with placards reading "Fitnah Top-up", "Siasat Dato T", and "Tolak DNA".

Anwar expressed disgust (jelek) for the acceptance of the three materials left in his cell as evidence and claimed the judge's decision as conspiracy by UMNO.

There was a police report made by Gwo Burne, "Mike" and Azan. This will be used later to accuse police as being in cohoot with Government to aniaya (act cruel towards) Anwar. It will be particularly handy when the Trio is free from any charges.

Angkatan Muda Keadilan made a report on Rahim at SPRM this morning. They planned a demonstration at Masjid Jameq at 2:00 pm to demand investigation on those behind the sex video. After that, they will do a demo at Jalan Ampang in front of Risda office to deamnd Rahim's resignation.

They are focusing on Rahim to exploit his past.

PAS grassroot is growing restless and distrust with Anwar endless sexcapade and his patronising attitude towards PAS at the behest of the Erdogan faction in PAS.

But the leadership seems to be willing to swim and sink with Anwar.

Trio's dumb move, Message remain: Immorality of opposition leader

The best to describe the move by the trio Dato T is dumb.

Initially, they came out holy to claim moral ground. Intention is not to shame the pornstar of this new sex video tape, which is alleged to be Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

The announced they will send the video within 7 days for Anwar and Datin Seri Wan Azizah's verification. Subsequently, they demanded Anwar and Wan Azizah to quit from politics.

That was fine until these three stooges decided to show the video to PKR MP for Sungai Petani, Johari Abdul, whom is anak buah to Dato Shuib Lazim.

Even if it to settle ole score, never lose one's head and end up with the message lost.

Currently, they have helped to revive the reformasi PKR spirit and provided ammo for them to claim there was a Government conspiracy against Anwar. Although this amateurish feat is most unlikely to have the hands of Government or Prime Minister, their propagandist will still insist such.

More so with controversial Rahim and Shuib are UMNO former leaders with Rahim having an ole score with Anwar.

The issue of Anwar's morality and sexual tryst with a prostitute could be diffused. Do not expect the rakyat to take our side because they have not seen the video.

Anwar and his supporters have conveniently and immediately denied. They are already on a campaign. If not adressed, Anwar's boys will have a long lead to influence teh voting public.

This is counter productive to Najib's effort to show of a more friendly and people caring Government.

The trio could have waited for a better timing since things were turning up fine in the courts. Their stupidity has upset the effort of bloggers and media players in putting BN on the advantage in the psywar.

This is nothing but sheer dumb!

It was a naive move to show to Johari because he is a hardcore staunch Anwarista. He even resort to Azmin-like manipulation at the PKR Cabang election to remain as Cabang Chief. The man is high in Anwar's cai for National level Committee.

Are we so naive as to not see that?

Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik claimed yesterday that Johari acknowledged the person in the video to be Anwar. What is the relevence?

As a matter of fact, it is too late because Johari has revealed on them earlier. And that forced Rahim to reveal themselves. Isn't that bodoh and dumb?

If you have a script, stick to the script. Do not bring elements to disrupt your script. In this case, showing it to Johari Abdul is dumb and naive.

So what he is your anak buah? Can't they size him up properly.

If they can't, then stay retired and out of the game. Let somebody who knows who it works today do it.

This blogger is not saying it from an armchair. This is talking from experiance.

What Dato T should do is now find a way to get as many rakyat to see it and publish still pictures from the video to convince them that it is undoubtedly Anwar Ibrahim!

If they are going to be charged for distributing pornography, they deserve to be in the slammer for being dumb. What matters to them now is to stay true to their words to save Malaysia from a man with no moral to fill-in the Prime Ministership post.

For the media players, this sex video has got nothing to with any other issue or persons but about two dumb has-been politicians unaware of today's psywar game and a businessman for trusting prehistoric method practitioners of psy war trying to memandai-mandai.

The video revealed a man, strongly believed to be Anwar Ibrahim and acknowledged by DAP-sympathiser Star Chief editor, Dato Wong Chun Wai, in a compromising position in an immoral sex act with a prostitute.

Let's not lose focus on convincing the rakyat. And do it fast. Betul-betul menyusahkan orang tua-tua ni.

After these is all over, stay retired or whatever work you all are doing.

Rahim Tamby Chik call for Royal Commission

Datuk T is known. Two of them was initially revealed by Member of Parliament for Sg Petani, Johari Abdul.

In a press conference, former Melaka Chief Minister, Tan Sri Rahim Tamby Chik revelaed is as the trio of himself, Perkasa's Treasurer, Dato Shuib Lazim, and businessmen Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah.

'Datuk T' is ex-Malacca CM Rahim, businessman Shazryl Eskay and Perkasa's Shuib

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk T is an alias for ‘Datuk Trio' - former Malacca chief minister Tan Sri Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik, businessman Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah and Perkasa treasurer Datuk Shuib Lazim.

Rahim told this to reporters at a press conference here on Wednesday.

Shazryl was at the press conference but not Shuib.

Rahim, however, refused to identify the man in the video but hinted “this man may end up being PM”.

He went to say that the man had once asked him to step down for the nation's sake, when he (Rahim) was implicated (but later cleared) of an alleged sex scandal

"The man asked me to step down then, saying I was a liablity. I was told to go (as Malacca CM) although I was never found guilty," he added.

Rahim said that it was now up to the Government to set a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the authenticity of the video.

He said the members of the RCI should comprise people from various quarters and include Perkasa and Kita president Datuk Zaid Ibrahim.

“We want NGOs and also media to sit in the RCI. Let everyone see the truth. All political parties - both Government and Opposition - can also be in the RCI," he added.

Rahim said PKR president Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and PAS president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang should also be included in the RCI.

Meanwhile, Shazryl told the press conference that they did not go to the police over the sex video as they did not want the issue to be spun into a conspiracy theory.

All looks fair on the RCI.

By the way, Rahim, as most of us know is the former CM of Melaka that resigned following controversy involving teenage girl.

He was part of Anwar's Wawasan Team that toppled the late Tun Ghaffar Baba and supporters Tan Sri Sanusi Junid and Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi in a blietzkrieg UMNO election in 1994.

Dato Shazryl Eskay Abdullah is a physiotherapist turned businessman. He was working with the American Football team, Dallas Cowboy before being invited back by Tan Sri Elyas Omar to be physiotherapist for our badminton team.

Believed to be an old boy of MCKK, he was closed with Anwar. Many believed, when he was Consulate for Thai Government in Pulau Langkawi, he helped provide safe passage for another MCKK collegian, Raja Petra Kamaruddin's escape.

Shazryl profession as physiotheraphy acquint him with royalties, celebrities and politicians, including Tun Dr Mahathir. With Mahathir support, he established a feedlot business for lamb in Pulau Langkawi.

Dato Shuib Lazim is the current Treasurer of Perkasa.

The close political associate of Tun Daim Zainuddin was a former Division Head of UMNO Sungai Petani and was a former member of the Dewan Negara carrying a title Senator.

He is father-in-law to Rural Development Minister, Dato Shafie Apdal and also uncle to current MP for Sungai Petsani from PKR, Johari Abdul.

Rahim revealed that Johari was invited by his uncle, Shuib and one Dato Eskay to view and they claimed Johari acknowledged the person in the video as Anwar.

However, Johari has turned his statement around and the Star reported him on a political attack mode to associate Rahim with the first sodomy case against Anwar. Read below:

Sg Petani MP 'identifies' two men behind sex video

PETALING JAYA: PKR has gone on the offensive and identified two men as being behind the sex video that has hogged the headlines the past few days.

Sungai Petani MP Datuk Johari Abdul claimed on Wednesday that the two were a former top Barisan Nasional state leader and a businessman.

He also told a press conference at the PKR headquarters here that “no way Anwar (Ibrahim) was the man in the video”.

Johari said he watched the video on Monday afternoon at Flamingo Hotel here together with the two men.

He alleged he was invited to view the video as a move to get him and five other PKR MPs to quit the party.

“I believe they (the two men) could be the ones behind the video," he added.

Johari alleged that the former Barisan state leader was also "involved in the sodomy allegations against Anwar in 1998".

"The modus operandi used then is being repeated this time.

"Also, what the two men told me about the sex video matches closely Datuk T's statements thus far on the matter," he added.

Anwar has denied he is the man in the 22-minute video. He claimed it was doctored and blamed it on the Barisan government.

The Opposition Leader lodged a police report against Datuk T on Tuesday.

Datuk T had screened the video individually to several journalists at Carcosa Seri Negara here on Monday.

Datuk T gave the politician and his wife one week to quit politics and threatened to make the video public through some NGOs if they failed to do so.

Trying as best to salvage what little they could save.

Even if Kit Siang tried to call on police to apprehend them for porn related offense, possession is not an offense. Distributing of prn materials is an offense. They have not distributed it.

If things are not hot enough, Ummi Hafilda claimed there are more such sex video tapes.

‘There are 18 videos involving politician’

ALOR SETAR: Businesswoman Umi Hafilda Ali claims there are 18 sex videos involving an opposition politician.

She claimed that the videos show the politician having sex with different partners including prostitutes and men.

“I knew about these videos 13 years ago. I know of an individual having all the videos and I hope that the person will expose them all to show the true colours of the politician,” she said.

She was speaking at a press conference after her ceramah was cancelled following objection from the state government as the venue – the Taman Wira multipurpose hall – belonged to the state government.

“I knew who was in the 18 videos but maybe at that time it was not suitable to expose the videos, but now I think it is the right time,” she said.

She said she would make more exposures on the politician and was waiting for the right moment to do so.

“I had only exposed 40% of what I have and I have more horrific evidence that I will expose either in court or in public,” she claimed.

Umi Hafilda said she would travel around the country to give ceramah as she felt it was her duty to expose wrongdoings.

We've heard of rumours saying Dato Nalla still have some, kept abroad. But let's end all this and call for a Royal Commission of Inquiry.

In the meanwhile, let us not lose focus on Dato T.

Isn't Dr Mahathir right to sack him from his post as Deputy Prime Minister and Cabinet member? Oppps ... and it was UMNO Supreme Council that sacked him from his UMNO Deputy President post and membership.

Anyone with a copy of the video, do leave your contact number for any chance of viewing. Heard the person allegedly to be Anwar was in his elements. Two shots in 20 minutes and still standing tall wrapped in a white towel.

No wonder PKR, DAP and PAS is standing proud to sink and swim with him.

Royal Commission for Anwar's sex video

Why no call for Royal Commission from Lim Kit Siang

A video allegedly of Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim in a sexual romp with a China Doll or a terminology for prostitute from the PRC in a hotel room surfaced on Monday in a restricted viewing for media editors, MSN and alternative, at Carcosa Sri Negara.

No reporters or bloggers were invited for the viewing. So don't ask us whether we have seen it. We have not.

One Tan Sri met at The Loaf after breakfast yesterday shared one Chief Editor's view. The editor told him, the probability of the male to be Anwar Ibrahim is 200%.

Furthermore, the video was said to be of high quality and shots came from four angles. It is most unlikely for it to be superimposed. It is not easy to superimposed video, says Kickdefella here.

Anwar has denied it and typically start blaming others; Dato Seri Najib, Datin Seri Rosmah, Government and Special Branch.

The viewing organiser, a person being refered as Dato T, has changed his script from giving the video to Anwar for verification to offer to a Public Commission.

Correct correct correct ... why not a Royal Commission?

The last time a controversial video surfaced, the VK Lingam Tapes was dramatise to the hilt by Anwar and it reached Lim Kit Siang's favourite demand in solving any national issues i.e. Royal Commission.

Let's stop the political drama and blame game. Even the Government, BN and bloggers are not dramatising sex tape as Anwar did on VK Lingam tapes.

Call for a Royal Commission!

This time around do make sure the panel members are truly qualified and clear of the term of reference (like the RCI on Teoh Beng Hock's death). The RC panel messed it up into a legal vendetta till no case with legal substance could be made out of it.

For the similar purpose but of higher standing to the Public Commission demanded by Dato T (read here in Apanama), Royal Commission will be an independent public commission to investigate the authenticity of the tape and empowered to engage any forensic experts.

Sensible as it is Dato T's demand, the fact that he changed his script from his earlier plan to send a copy to Anwar and Wan Azizah for verification and within a week demanded them to quit from politics raise more doubts.

On Monday itself, there bloggers questioning whether Dato T is genuine in his intention to ask Anwar and Wan Azizah to quit.

It was only on February 21st he willingly searched for a watch in a room at a whore house. It means to MIM here that Dato T is a friend, associate or supporter of Anwar.

Don't tell me, Dato T suddenly came down with a bout of conscience from those video in the recording equipment found in the locked hotel drawer of the China Doll's room?

Until the identity of Dato T is known, it is difficult to assume anything. AIDC speculate Dato T to be former Managing Director of Multipurpose and staunch Anwar supporter, Dato TK Lim.

More suspicious is Anwar's denial before seeing the tapes and claiming the person claimed to be him has a bigger tummy. Wan Azizah should know, MIM wrote here.

Is he accusing me?

Anwar claimed he was with his family tweetering at the time of the incident. Oh really ... Read MIM here who dispute his claim.

The replies by Tian Chua and Nik Nazmi seemed comical too. How the hell can they comment when they haven't seen the video?

Yesterday Anwar made a police report.

That is a surprise and confident for someone who once made a police report against a poison pen book and the investigation led him to be charged and imprisoned for power abuse, thus denying his pursuit for prime ministership that was within reach.

The presence of reformasi chants and protestors only raise suspicion that it is Anwar inflicting on himself to gain public sympathy or raise public disgust.

It is something he has done before in the mata lebam incident, arsenic fake, and back pain. As someone whose done a back surgery from slipped disc and is living with another set of slipped disc, this blogger doubt he ever did do a back surgery.

Some bloggers have been speculating for months that Anwar is going to leave the country but waiting for the right timing. The right timing is when the rakyat sympathise with him. This latest event could be orchestrated for such a purpose.

The speculation, drama and blame game will not stop.

The only way is to call for a Royal Commission. Correct correct correct ....

LATEST FROM THE COURT: Judge review his earlier position and the three items - Good Morning towel, mineral water bottle, and tooth brush - readmitted as evidence.

The two chemists is expected to reappear in court to submit the DNA profile findings from the three items. Presumably, it points to Anwar. Otherwise there is no case against him.

There should be a prima facie case against Anwar and he has to defend himself. Does he have an alibi?

Zambery still went ahead with Talent Solution

In our posting "Cronyism creeping into silver state" dated February 21st, this blogger touched on the challenges of Perak Menteri Besar, Dato' Seri Dr Zambery Abdul Kadir and the problems linked to people around him.

As a result, his contribution, whether actual or perceived, to Perak as a state and Perakians as it's most important stakeholder, is not seen as significant.

He is now grappling instead with practices of cronyism. There are specific projects not being carried out by existing Perak state government entities but instead by newly created and beutifully guised 'Fourth Floor'-like corporations, foundations and institutes.

Reliable informant claimed the Menteri Besar said some name mentioned in our previous expose did not know much of what is happening in his organisation. That raises another question: Is the person being by-passed within his own organisation? Who then is really calling the shots?

This leads to Zambery's launch tomorrow on Monday 21 March 2011 of the Perak Kerjaya Amanjaya (PEKA) career guidance and job centre created under the much elusive Institut Darul Ridzuan. Why is it that it is still being pursued with Talent Solution?

Has Zambery's administration refused to listen?

And do stop the shallow kampung political propaganda to divert attention from the true issues at stake. Let's not compell us to reveal more.

The career centre was reported to be proposed by Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and as a content provider and operator, where else IDR will be the front for getting in all the monies from Perak state government.

PEKA seemed to be a noble idea for Perakians to be trained and up-skilled with the necessary programs and eventually placed. However, PEKA would be in collision with the Ministry of Human Resource (MOHR) Jobs Malaysia program, now being regenerated nationwide.

If PEKA is a good program for Perak, then the Exco should have been briefed and an approval from the highest decision making body be obtained first. However, Dr Zambery by-passed and just went along with Talent Solution's first job since being inception, which is less than four months ago, using IDR as the conduit.

Part of the program of 'train and place' or what this blog describe as "propose and plough" scheme is for Perak to pay for the training of the candidates on behalf of the industry or specific companies.

Otherwise, specific Federal Government agencies such as MOHR or MARA would foot the bill. PEKA would go around industries within Perak and then source out the candidates to be 'processed' via these expensive specific training programs candidates.

Some of the companiesto benefit from the overly generous program will include Kencana Petroleum (via Kencana HL - which based in Lumut) and Mydin.

Why these highly profitable companies need not pay for these training still baffles many but obviously these profit making entities are benefiting from budgets meant for social and economic development programs which do not bring returns?

Whether Perak or Federal Government such as MARA (using the 'Malay Agenda' excuse) is footing for this hare-brain scheme, it is clear that former Datuk Dr. Hamzah Kassim's right hand peoples' handiwork are at its best.


Already they are laying the groundworks with seminars and forums before they actually go for the kill.

Datuk Dr. Hamzah himself is no stranger to this "propose and plough" schemes, especially with regards to human capital sector. Being an NEAC member and informally advising the Federal Government on 'human capital' matters, Datuk Dr. Hamzah spared no stones unturned to corner business for that services sector.

Sources within stakeholders revealed that Datuk Dr Hamzah attempted to propose to the Federal Government for career centres which in practice would rivaled MOHR's Jobs Malaysia.

Considering that Innovation Associate Group do business with MOHR on human capital projects, it seems that they are very ambitious.

Coincidentally, 'Talent Solution' is the buzzword to describe Datuk Dr. Hamzah's Chief Human Capital Officer Czarina Alia's private venture Talent Solution Sdn. Bhd. which is trying to partner with IDR, despite he is still actively, legally and willfully part of the Innovation Associate Group of companies.

Another cronyism creature created by Zambery is Yayasan Bina Upaya (YBU). With IDR given the 'softwares' to play with, YBU gets the 'hardwares'. YBU gets the high value physical projects such as property development and public and low cost housing.

The CEO is Khairul Azwan, who is Pasir Salak UMNO Youth Chief and a strong advocate for the nationally-loathed UMNO Youth Chief Khairy Jamaluddin. IDR CEO Aminuddin Hashim, who was Datuk Dr. Hamzah's IA Associate Director also sits on the board.

One wonders now whether the man did not what is happening?

This blogger will spare the details and try the proper channel so as not to give bullets to crazy Nizar Jamaluddin.

This is truly a case of plough and plough which old timers in the corporate game snigger at the amaterishness of the scheme. It is too obvious and easily seen. MACC can build a case in just one raid.

Dr Zambery has to be more transparent. Despite both entities being state government GLCs, the Perak Exco is elusive for the activities and mode of operandi. Dr Zambery must answer a lot of questions regarding his very own 'Level Four' GLCs.

Why Perak Exco are not made known of these two organisations activities and more importantly, Perak Exco as the highest decision making committee's approval were never obtained?

Why Dr. Zambery did not use existing agencies such as Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak or Federal Government agencies such as Jobs Malaysia to undertake these programs is baffling.

It is suspiciously illustrating that Dr. Zambery, being a onetime-staunch-Anwarista is using these newly created and re-activated creatures to build his own war chest. Is he making the strategic move for Anwar Ibrahim to come back into UMNO?

Nevertheless, these cronysim practices in Perak would serve BN no good when the party is only has a borderline advantage over Pakatan Rakyat, which is starting to slide due to Dr. Zambery's inability to deliver and manage the expectations of the common Perakians, include the Malays.

It is time the blogger replay an ole boarding school cheer: Why are we waiting? Why are we waiting? Why are waiting? Why are we still waiting for an answer from Zambery and his team?

Dr Zambery had promised to engage us bloggers but have not kept his words. He has made himself systematically blocked by a group of insecure or guilty conscious officers within his office.

This blog does not have the high Alexa ranking as the likes of Parpukari, Gap, Gomo etc., but do heed our warning because it has the ears and attention of the necessary people.
