Day in Parliament for Hamzah & Innovation Associates

This blog had raised the issue of Dato Dr Hamzah Kassim and Innovation Associates (IA) this morning around 10:30 am. By noon, a friend in Parliament alerted me that YB Wee Choo Keong of Wangsa Maju raised about the conflict between Hamzah's positions and businesses.

The following is the excerpt Wee had slipped into his debate speech:

Dato Hamzah Kassim, pengarah syarikat Innovation Associate, seorang ahli jawatankuasa NEAC, dan seorang pakar sumber manusia yang menasihat kepada kerajaan mengenai modal insan. Beliau juga adalah penasihat kepada kerajaan berkenaan Talent Corporation dalam RMK10. Beliau seorang ahli penasihat MACC/SPRM. Dato Hamzah Kassim juga mendapat banyak projek-projek Kementerian Pendidekan, Kementerian Sumber Malaysia, NCIA, IRDA dan Khazanah Holdings Bhd dan juga memburu projek baru. Apa yang telah terjadi kepada kerajaan 1Malaysia dengan peminpin-peminpin yang begini tamak dan rakus. Ahli-Ahli yang Berhormat tahu sama tahu dalam contoh-contoh, tak payah saya sebutkan nama orang tertentu di Dewan Yang Mulia ini.

Dengan semua fakta konflik kepentingan ini, Dato Hamzah Kassim tidak layak menjadi penasihat kepada kerajaan dan ahli jawatankuasa MACC. MACC harus menjalankan siasatan terhadap beliau dalam projek-projek yang dianugerahkan kepada syarikat beliau iaitu Innovation Associate.

Only this morning, this blog had advised IA to not do an elegence silence, as described by supposed to leave Sime Darby Chairman, Tun Musa Hitam, practiced by SC Chairperson, Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar in the press.

Silence does not help because this blog is monitored by journalist for issues. But the speed issues in this blog reached Parliament only shows that now Members of Parliaments is taking issues from this blog to the Dewan Rakyat.

Watch out all you abusers of power, corrupt, and self interest rent seekers. In this pursuit, let us all work together and put aside cheap childish politicking.

Tuan Yang Di-Pertua,

Izinkan saya memberikan beberapa contoh ketiadaan atau kelemahan penguatkuasaan dan/atau penyalahgunaan kuasa oleh pihak-pihak berkuasa.

Saya telah 4 kali mendedahkan di Dewan Yang Mulia ini mengenai kes rasuah terhadap Encik Hasbie Satar, setiausaha Politik yang gah dan hebat kepadamantan Menteri Kewangan II, YB Tasek Gelugur, (kini YB Menteri EPU) yang telah disiasat oleh SPRM dan didapati mempunyai 48 buah peti besi didalam rumah kediamannya, jutaan ringgit tunai, ditambah dengan beberapa buah kondo mewah dan beliau masih lagi bebas. Kalau seorang setiausaha boleh memiliki 48 buah peti besi, bossnya mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya 100 buah peti besi. Sudah 8 bulan dan langsung tidak ada tindakan untuk mendakwa beliau di Mahkamah dan menjalankan sesiatan terhadap mantan Menteri Kewangan II, YB Tasek Gelugor. Tidak ada pihak berkuasa termasuk SPRM yang berani menyentuh mereka. Mereka menjadi orang yang begitu kebal! Apa guna pindaan dan penambahan penalty ini jika sikap pihak berkuasa tiada berubah? Apa gunanya jika pihak saperti SPRM dan Suruhanjaya Sekuriti contohnya tidak menjalankan tanggungjawab dan kuasa yang diberikan kepada mereka?

Tuan Yang Di-Pertua,

Terdapat banyak kes yang diketahui umum dimana tiada sebarang penguatkuasaan atau pendakwaan tidak dibawa terhadap kes-kes amalan rasuah dan salahguna kuasa contohnya:

Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Sekuriti, Yg Bhg Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar, dan siasatan ala-samseng keatas 4 orang wartawan perniagaan berkaitan penjualan sahamKenmark Industrial Co (M) Bhd melibatkan Datuk Ishak Ismail. Kita tahu bahawa gangguan terhadap 4 orang wartawan ini adalah bertujuan untuk menutup skandal-skandal Tan Sri Zarinah dan suaminya, Dato Azizan Abdul Rhaman.

Satu lagi salahguna kuasa dan undang-undang Suruhanjaya Sekuriti jelas berlaku didalam kes pengambilan alih Pantai Hospital oleh Parkway Holdings Ltd, syarikat Singapura.

Sebelum saya melanjutkan bahas, kita semua sedia maklum akan peraturan bahawa kelulusan Jawatankuasa Pelaburan Asing atau FIC adalah mandatori sebelum sesuatu syarikat asing boleh mengambil alih sesebuah syarikat tempatan.

Kita perlu ambil perhatian bahawa Hospital Pantai telah diberikan konsesi mengendalikan Fomema dan Medivest oleh Kerajaan. Kedua-dua konsesi ini melibatkan perkhidmatan utama (essential services) dengan izin, kepentingan negara. Kalau adapun permohonan sedemikian, Suruhanjaya Sekuriti tidak sepatutnya meluluskannya atas kepentingan negara. Tetapi didalam kes ini, langsung tidak ada permohonan oleh Parkway tetapi Suruhanjaya Sekuriti membenarkan Parkway mengambil alih Hospital Pantai! MENGAPA?!

Parkway membayar RM312 juta pada tahun 2005 untuk mengambil alih Hospital Pantai. Pada 13 Ogos 2006 mantan PM Tun Abdullah Badawi mengakui didalam akhbar The Star saperti berikut:-

“He said the matter was being looked at by the Treasury after realising that it had become a problem as it was related to the concessions for the supply of hospital requirements. The share sale has become a problem, as it involves several matters related to the concessions given to Pantai Holdings that has a contract to supply hospital requirements.”

He said the government had always hoped that the equity would remain with Malaysians but unfortunately it had gone into the hands of foreigners. The concessions have changed hands, and it has gone to other people and (we) hope it will remain with the Malaysian side, and held by Malaysian citizens, he said.”

Kita tidak boleh menyalahkan matan PM memang beliau tidak tahu mengenai perkara ini. Akan tetapi Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar, sebagai pengurusi Suruhanjaya Sekuriti, harus mengambil tindakan untuk berhentikan transaksi ini yang terlibat essential services, dengan izin, dan kepentigan negara telah dilapurkan dalam surat khabar dan internet.

Selepas kenyataan mantan PM tersebut, Khazanah Holdings Bhd diarah untuk bailout Hospital Pantai. Ini adalah satu cover-up skandal kumpulan tertentu.

Inilah lawak terbesar abad ini. Pada 30 Ogos 2006, The Edge melapurkan bahawa mantan Menteri Kewangan II, YB Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop, menyatakan bahawa tindakan Khazanah Nasional Bhd mengambil alih penguasaan keatas Pantai Holdings Berhad adalah untuk membantu. (Membantu siapa? Kumpulan beliau kah?). Saya memetik:

“This is not a bailout. This is a market-driven problem where there is a willing-buyer, willing-seller. Pantai is seen to be in an industry which is viewed as sensitive as it holds 2 concessions. It (Khazanah’s taking control) has resolved the issue of this sensitive sector.”

Ini adalah satu kenyataan mantan Mentri Kewangan II yang meperbodohkan atau meperbudakan rakyat Malaysia! Khazanah terpaksa membayar RM800 juta untuk mengambil alih Pantai daripada Parkway. Tidak semena-mena sebuah syarikat asing membuat keuntungan sebanyak RM500 juta daripada wang rakyat. Dan yang lebih teruk, Khazanah tidak mengurus Hospital Pantai, sebaliknya melantik Parkway Holdings untuk menguruskannya!Parkway dibayar fee pengurusan yang amat tinggi sekali. MENGAPA?! Untuk agenda kumpulan Tingakt 4 dan/atau Singapore operatives atau barua-barua Singapura.

Sebabnya mudah. Ini kerana “barua-barua” Singapura yang terlibat. Saya percaya ini berlaku dengan pengetahuan mantan Menteri Kewangan II (atau “he will be deemed to have known the actual facts, dengan izin), dan sudah tentu, Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Sekuriti, Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar, seorang lantikan atau appointee “kumpulan Tingkat 4.”

Jika mereka berdua tidak tahu pada semua masa yang material bahawa Hospital Pantai memegang dua konsessi essential, mereka tidak layak memegang jawatan Menteri dan Pengurusi Suruhanjay Sekuriti pada masa sekarang. Perdana Menteri bertangung jawab untuk menjaga kepentigan negara dan beliau tiada ada pilahan lain kecuali memecat mereka daripada jawatan masing-masing dengan segara demi kepentingan negara. Jika tidak berbuat demikian, maka PM “will be seen as to condone such acts of anti-national”, dengan izin.

Adalah jelas seluruh pentadbiran Barisan Nasional masa itu mengambil sikap menutup mata terhadap pengambilan alih jahat Pantai Holdings oleh syarikat Singapura Parkway dan pembelian semula oleh Khazanah kemungkinan besar sekumpulan mereka ada kepentingan.

Terlalu banyak contoh melibatkan barua dan balaci Singapura menjual kepentingan negara kepada Singapura. Pelupusan 10% saham Telekomkepada Temasek Holdings. Pembelian saham Temasek di dalam Bank International Indonesia oleh Maybank pada nilai 4.6 kali ganda daripada nilai buku, dan banyak lagi.

Tuan Yang Di-Pertua,

Telekom Bhd adalah syarikat monopoli dan “a profit making company”, dengan izin, maka ia tidak perlu menjual 10% sahamnya kepada Temasek Holdings, satu syarikat dimiliki oleh Kerajaan Singapura, atau sesiapapun apatahlagi Temasek Holdings. Maybank tidak semestinya membeli saham Bank International Indonesia dari Temasek Holdings dengan harga yang amat tinggi (4.6 time the book value) kerana dengan harga tersebut Maybank ada perluang membeli saham bank yang lain di Indonesia atau negara lain.

Yang amat aneh adalah kenapa kedua-dua transaksi ini terlibat Temasek Holdings dan tiada ada apa-apa tidakan dari Suruhanjaya Sekuriti dan mantan Menteri Kewangan II. Jika ini bukan satu konspirasi yang terlibat kedua-dua pihak tersebut dan Singapore Operatives tertentu, apa lagi?

Layanan istimewa kepada AirAsia iaitu membenarkan mereka berhutang daripada membayar cukai lapangan terbang kepada MAHB yang bernilai beratus juta ringgit dari hari AirAsia memulakan operasinya. MAHB tidak berani mengambil tindakan walaupun airport tax tidak bayar selama 8 tahun. Ada semua masa yang material, matan Menteri Kewangan II yang sama yang bertangung jawab.

Tuan Yang Di-Pertua,

Ada lagi banyak contoh penglibatan mantan Menteri Kewangan II (sekaragn Menteri EPU) dengan syarikat bernama Mun Loong, yang kemudian menjadiAbrar Corporation. Fakta-fakta contoh ini menuju kita kepada satu arah sahaja. Kemana Ahli-Ahli yang Berhormat tahu sama tahu tak payah saya sebutkan nama orang tertentu di Dewan Yang Mulia ini.

Dato Hamzah Kassim, pengarah syarikat Innovation Associate, seorang ahli jawatankuasa NEAC, dan seorang pakar sumber manusia yang menasihat kepada kerajaan mengenai modal insan. Bakke Salleh, pengarah eksekutif baru Sime Darby, yang telah menyebabkan Felda kerugian pelaburan antarabangsa yang berjumlah lebih kurang RM300 juta, adalah sahabat karib Dato Hamzah Kassim. Apa sudah jadi kepada kerajaan 1Malaysia semua pegawai atasan yang lantik terlipat dalam skandal kewangan dan bersangkut-pauh antara satu sama lain — semua suku sakat skandal kewangan yang di kepalahi oleh peminpin tertentu.

Tuan Yang Di-Pertua,

Kesemua kes-kes tersebut adalah jelas membuktikan kegiatan “cover-ups” (dengan izin) dan sikap membutakan mata secara sengaja oleh Suruhanjaya Sekuriti, dan Kerajaan Barisan Nasional untuk semata-mata melindungungipengkianat dan pengrompakan Negara. Ini adalah contoh klasik kepada peribahasa Melayu harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi. Inikah ciri pentadbiran kerajaan dengan slogan “Rakyat Didahulukan” lebih tepat projek-projek didahulukan kepada Umnoputra yang bersangkut-paut dengan Tingkat 4.

Jika pihak-pihak berkuasa termasuk, SPRM, Suruhanjaya Sekuriti, Menteri-Menteri masih seperti diatas, apa-apa Rang Udang-Undang diluluskan oleh Dewan Yang Mulia ini adalah tidak bermakna dan mesyurat Dewan Yang Mulia adalah membazirkan wang rakyat.

Akhirnya, saya menyeru kepada Menteri berkenaan dan Perdana Menteri, supaya meneliti kes-kes yang saya bangkitkan dan mengambil tindakan dengan segara demi kepentigan negara supaya mesyurat Dewan Yang Mulia mempunyai makna dan nilai.

Hamzah Kassim & Inno Associate paranoid of leak to ABITW

There is more information to come out on "Mrs" Zarinah and one is a shocking one. However, let us await her reaction after it was raised in Parliament. It can be quite boring to read this blog only on Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar and her "Mrs".

While SC Chairperson, Zarinah is playing cool at the outside, Khairy had already panicked and already contemplating of quitting Ketua Pemuda UMNO. Inside SC, Zarinah is frantically trying to put some answer for the Minister. Any simplistic denial will lead to more in the next Parliament seating. Bloggers will dig and dig further.

In the meanwhile, there is something really interesting elsewhere.

Since the last we at Another Brick in the Wall (ABITW) wrote about NEAC member Dr Hamzah Kassim and the Human Resource Con-Sultan, Innovation Associate on June 21st, 2010, they have been turning over carpets and furnitures to find bug at the office. These listening bugs are available in Singapore.

They have been scrambling all over the place to figure out who had leaked information about Dr Hamzah Kassim and Khazanah Con-Sultan, Innovation Associate to this blogger?

My advise: Why waste time on such futile effort? They are acting similar to Anwar Ibrahim running off in panic to the Turkish Embassy. It will indicate there is truth in what was written.

No there is truth? So, why not go to the press and deny? No, it will attract attention?

It is the same actually. ABITW has readers from amongst the press community. Probably, press people like BK Siddhu, Dalila, and those financial journalists being intimidate by SC are reading this blog. By panicking, it only inspire this blogger and others to dig up more crap of this outfit.

Even if they are able to trace who this blogger is, unless they dare to kidnap and beat me up Japanese Occupation style to get my sources, don't waste time. This is one Malay fucker you are not getting anything.

Biar pecah perut, tak akan bocor mulut. Pejuang Melayu ini tidak akan bongkar rahsia.

Since Hamzah and IA is in paranoid mode, sadistic me find it thrilling to reveal more. If it isn't true, do call the press and make a denial. Believe me, silence is not necessarily golden. Not when you are a Con-Sultan wasting public money for self enrichment.

This lead to a 'tale of shit on a tail being wagged'. The shit will hit the ceiling and dirtied the walls.

It is a case of 'double dipping', by a member of the highest economic planning body i.e. the National Economic Action Council (NEAC), namely one Datuk Dr. Hamzah Kassim, that will destroy every good effort made by the PM.

Hamzah is regarded as a leading human capital expert in the nation and highly spoken of by industry and amongst academics.

He sits in the NEAC having the specific interest in human capital that is being advised, formulated and planned for the Government as policies and implementation programs.

It is strongly believed that PM Najib’s recently announced plan for a ‘Talent Corporation’ in the 10th Malaysia Plan presentation to the Parliament two weeks ago was the brainchild of Hamzah.

Hamzah also sits on the board of Encorp Bhd and thought to have a close association to Dato’ Mohd. Effendi Nawawi, the former Minister in-charge of EPU.

This former ISIS researcher-turned-consultant is the Group CEO for local consultant Innovation Associates (IA). The IA Group was spinoff from Ernest & Young Cap Gemini when the Malaysian partners decided to start their own some eight years ago.

The group’s mainstay of business is consultancy, technology (which include ICT) and human capital management. They even have dedicated subsidiaries for these business activities.

Hamzah is the Group CEO of IA Group of Companies and plays a very active role in the business development of these subsidiaries.

The question arise is how could an NEAC member, who is planning and formulating the human capital for the Government and later become policies, blueprints and implementation programs, be awarded and is still pursuing Government contracts?

Hamzah and IA Group was awarded contracts and is now actively pursuing Government awarded business opportunities under Ministry of Human Resource, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, NCIA, IRDA, ECER and Khazanah Holdings Bhd.

Recently, IA Group formed a joint venture with Felda Prodata Systems Sdn. Bhd. to develop ICT business opportunities.

IA Group is an IT player is believed to ride on Felda’s position being a GLC and PM Najib’s close affinity for the land reform agency that turned into a full fledged business entity.

Hamzah is also believed to be very close to Felda Group CEO Dato’ Mohd. Bakke Salleh, who has been announced as the upcoming Group CEO of Sime Darby Bhd.

Now that Bakke is the Group CEO for a Malaysian MNC with very large regional operations in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia and some African states, Hamzah would naturally ‘ride’ on all the opportunities that will open to him and the IA Group.

Hamzah's integrity is at stake here. He is a Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC).

This raises more question. Could and most importantly, should an MACC commissioner, who is also member of the NEAC, canvass in direct and indirect business opportunities and contracts from Government and GLCs?

Today July 15th is Dato Mohd Bakke Mohd Salleh first day at Sime Darby. Our friend, Hamzah and Bakke had a venture then called Felda ProData Sytems. Unfortunately for Hamzah, there is no business generated from Felda ProData.

With him now at Sime Darby, it would be an excellent ground to "plow and harvest". Bakke owe him for the failure at Felda ProData. They must be work flowing for Innovation Associates to do Management Consulting, Technology or Outsourcing in areas of BPO, Human Capital and ICT.

Except for the fat slob money wasting Members of the Board of Directors and Management team, there would be lots of innocent heads to roll. The other BS could be pitched later.

This would also be an opportunity for Omar Ong to put his devious plan to pushover established Malay executives like what he did at Petronas to be replaced by his fellow Chinese in Sime Darby.

Not that this blogger is against Chinese joining Petronas, but not at the expense of existing staff. Go through the mill la. This is not DAP Penang where there is an appointed Chinese DAP officer assigned to every Malay officer and that Malay officer is made irrelevent by design.

That is how Ethos Consulting see as 1Malaysia. Naturally, Ethos will be consulting or skimming the top by getting paid for choosing the Multinational consultants. Those interested must kow-tow to that skinny Aziz Osman-look-a-like muallaf who dreaded being converted young and live to be associated with unprogressive looking Malay Muslims.

Money is no objection for Con-Sultan but his preferences are McKinsey & Associates, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Co., Booze Allen Hamilton and anything Mat Salleh.

Dogs and Melayu need not apply.

Ethic-less in Putrajaya

There was a development in our probe in yesterday's posting on the Omar Ong's manipulatable CEO of Putrajaya Holding Sdn Bhd (PJH).  [Read here]

Someone managed to got in touch with us to highlight that the contract has not been awarded yet. The WCT news linked yesterday [see here] was with regard to Presinct 2 and not Parcel F.  To err is human.

But, the source did confirmed that CEO Dato Azlan is bias towards WCT and Sunway. He is not interested to give others a fair hearing and consideration. Not only that, he intend to give all the four sections to only WCT and Sunway.

That is unethical and that is the issue we wish to raise today. Most of this unethical practise involves Government servants and those holding positions of authorities. It is counterproductive and deviate from the fundamental reason Government give out public work.

Otherwise, Government might as well corporatise JKR into a GLC and give all work to them.

Hamzah: An NEAC, MACC member and Anwar sympathiser

This blogger received a call this morning from Little Bird about the last two postings on Dato Dr Hamzah Kassim.

Little Bird is involved in human resource and his expertise in training. He is a position to give the lead on Hamzah.

She did some work on the recent New Economic Model and had discussion with Hamzah, who is a member of the NEAC. That relationship developed to a level they were freer to express their views.

Naturally, Little Bird was happy that the wrongdoings and conflict of interests of Hamzah was exposed and raised in Parliament. Her tone this morning was a little different.

"You know why I had wanted you to play back the issue of Hamzah?" she asked.

"I would assume you wanted to right the wrong."

My innocent answer.

"It is more than that," she explained.

"Mind you he is a Member of the NEAC that was picked by Tan Sri Nor Mohamad Yakcop."

"Hmmm ... yes. I found out about that. Go on."

I encouraged her.

"He once said this to me ...."

She couldn't finish his words.

"What did he said?"

"He said to me that he knows Anwar and have met him. In his own words, he said Anwar is okay. I should meet and listen to his idea."

"Listening to Anwar is fine. Believing him is another thing." I replied.

"That's why I had to leak him to you. He is just an opportunistic business man who really has no conscience and has the interest of the nation in his heart. I can still can accept that. But to actually believe Anwar is okay?"

"Yes ... only an insane and indifferent would be taken by Anwar.

I continued, "I am sure you are aware of the recent revelations of his closeness with the American Zionist cabals. That should instill fear in every Malaysians concern with our independence. Anwar is an American stooge who bow to Israeli evil network."

Anyone coverting with foreign powers and power brokers is not any consideration for position for high office in this country.

Whatever reform that Anwar intend to bring are merely sugar-coated promise for him to assume power. He is not a sincere man. He lies to the hilt. When in power, he succumb to the whims and fancies of the superpower.

While I was lost in my own thoughts, he then said, "Now you understand why Ibrahim Ali went on to call Melayu Liberal as traitors. He is one."

Melayu Liberals are corrupts enriching themselves using the Bumiputera special previlages but is against defending Malay and Bumiputera rights and interest for others' benefit.

The guru of Melayu Liberal thinking is Anwar Ibrahim, thus his tendency to sympathise with Anwar. Then you have characters like Nor Yakcop, Tingkat 4, Khairy, Amirsham Aziz, Zaid Ibrahim, etc. On the UMNO side, the ringmaster is Nor Yakcop and he has past links, similar agenda with Anwar and sleeping sympathisers awaiting to reveal themselves.

Any Anwar sympathiser cannot be tolerated.

The danger with characters like Hamzah is that he has access and gaining the trust of those in the corridor of powers and top GLCs. Worse still, his motivation is not about having his services benefiting the nation but merely to enrich himself.

By suggesting schemes that looks wonderful and immediate launch but doomed to fail, it will only put the Prime Minister in a precarious position to face the voters in an upcoming general election soon. And, the multimillion ringgit schemes promoted does no benefit.

The Government is willing to put money in his idea of Talent Corporation. Will it suceed?

The Star on July 12th reported Hamzah's friend Nor Mohamd Yakcop promoting the Talent Corporation:

GEORGE TOWN: The Govern­ment is working to woo back more than 70,000 Malaysians now working overseas by reducing bureaucracy and offering better perks, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop said.

He added this move would be made possible through the establishment of Talent Corporation next year, he added.

“We want them to return so that they can offer their ex­pertise to the country,” he said after meeting Bayan Baru Um­­­no division members here yesterday.

Nor Mohamed said many Malaysians were now residing in Hong Kong, New York, the United Kingdom and other countries due to the lucrative income that they earned overseas.

“We want to make available a comfortable working environment, not only for them but for all Malaysians under the 10MP.

Nor Mohamed also said that the Government had been emphasising more on training and skills to ensure that investors continue to choose Malaysia as their destination.

“Many think that vocational schools are not mainstream and therefore parents don’t send their children to study there.

“But those who are not academically inclined can earn a lot by enrolling in such schools and later continuing their studies at other institutions offering skills training,” he added.

Anything that has Nor Yakcop touch is a guanteed failure. The man should be in the Guiness Book of World Record for the biggest loser in financial market.

He is now sitting on another mountain of loss of his creation ie Khazanah and the GLCs or Government Losing Concerns. That should put him in the same Guiness Book of World Records for the same category for Corporate Finance.

My commentator said that the common factor between Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar, SC Chairperson, Penangite Dato Hamzah Hamzah Kassim, ECM Libra approval, Kalimullah, etc is Nor Yakcop.

They are all appointed by him, his cronies or all connections lead back to him. The failure part is now lurking to be known to the public.

Nor Yakob says Talent Corporation will be tasked with getting back 70,000 Malaysians to come back and work in Malaysia. Logically, will they come back with the disparity in salary and lifestyle?

By the manner things operate in Khazanah, GLCs and now Government, they will hire Con-Sultan to prepare and even to implement new initiatives and endeavours. Read back about Pemandu and Syed's Khazanah's Tuna and many other ventures to be revealed soon.

Hamzah's Innovation Associates (IA) will be there ready to absorb the allocations to Talent Corporation.

Cantik ... he pitches the idea. Politicians too easily impressed and in need for a launch would quickly agree and announced. Seems no one bother to look at the most important planning stage and that is the stage we always failed i.e. implementation.

This place opportunist like Hamzah in the right position.

IA will be appointed be appointed as a human resource consultant. They will be travelling around the world to meet Malaysians and other HR consultants abroad. To earn their keep, they will conduct workshops, interviews, recruitment, etc.

In order to reach to the mostly Chinese Malaysian in cities of the world, expensive advertisements in major newspaper will be spend and perhasp TV advertisements.

Government will be charged for all these. This is business and what is charged will be more than what is spent. If there is a corrupt KSU, he will insist that the claim be inflated further.

The worse bloating of claims heard is for every RM10 million, theirs is RM9 million. Everyone plus the Minister is covered.

Now, let say it cost RM10,000 per head to lure back these Malaysians. Multiplied with the mentioned figure of 70,000, that will translate to RM700 million. To bring back 70,000, IA will have to meet more than 70,000 Malaysians.

Even if IA can do the job at a more cost efficient price, it will still add up to be in the hundreds of millions.

Petronas had done a similar program called "talent sourcing" few years ago and it failed. Will Talent Corporation money well spent?

Government will spend a huge budget on this and it is expected to fail because the job, challenge, salary and lifestyle here cannot match what is there abraad. In these day and age, one expect patriotism to sell?

But it will serve the interest of Hamzah, and his fellow mamak Master cum crony, Nor Yakcop. There will be income expected to be billed for Kanari Sdn Bhd. Haaa... what is that? Soon to come.

One can give the excuse this is about giving opportunity to a bumiputera to capitalised for future endeavour? Hmmmmm ... with him and Nor Yakcop as Anwar's crony and sympathisers, that is not where it will be heading.

In the meanwhile, these two lalangs will pretend to help Government.

By the look of things, they are running the country to the ground and make voters meluat with BN so that Anwar can pick up the pieces and claim the primeirship on behalf of the American Neo-Con and Zionist cabals to control the strategic Straits of Malacca.

Hamzah's network is quite extensive. He is close to Khaled Nordin, the Minister for Higher Education that allowed Pakatan to control campus politics and the mind of future voters.

From Dato Effendi Nowawi to Nor Yakcop he had continuosly maintain a close relationship with Ministers in-charge-of EPU. More so now that he is a member of NEAC.

The beauty of this all. Hamzah is a member of some committee in MACC. That will shield him from potential charges of corruption. It is simply too embarassing for MACC to charge its own member.

Talent solution raise questions on integrity of NEAC member

The public today have an expectation on how the country is to move forward with new ways on how the economy is being planned and driven to meet the challenges of globalisation and current global financial crisis.

Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Najib is meeting that expectation with ambitious, if not courageous, new ideas. The New Economic Model and 10th Malaysia Plan is now being crafted and carved out of the reminiscence of Mahathir-nomics.

It set a high growth and an economic pace that warrants the expectation to be a developed nation by 2020 despite undergoing a five-and-a half year of socio-economic-political-cultural setback and ‘flip-flop’ policies of Tun Abdullah's slumbering tenure.

Despite such high expectation, the public too demand upon Government to practise a high level of transparency, professionalism and good governance.

This lead to a 'tale of shit on a tail being wagged'. The shit will hit the ceiling and dirtied the walls.

It is a case of 'double dipping', by a member of the highest economic planning body i.e. the National Economic Action Council (NEAC), namely one Datuk Dr. Hamzah Kassim, that will destroy every good effort made by the PM.

Hamzah is regarded as a leading human capital expert in the nation and highly spoken of by industry and amongst academics.

He sits in the NEAC having the specific interest in human capital that is being advised, formulated and planned for the Government as policies and implementation programs.

It is strongly believed that PM Najib’s recently announced plan for a ‘Talent Corporation’ in the 10th Malaysia Plan presentation to the Parliament two weeks ago was the brainchild of Hamzah.

Hamzah also sits on the board of Encorp Bhd and thought to have a close association to Dato’ Mohd. Effendi Nawawi, the former Minister in-charge of EPU.

This former ISIS researcher-turned-consultant is the Group CEO for local consultant Innovation Associates (IA). The IA Group was spinoff from Ernest & Young Cap Gemini when the Malaysian partners decided to start their own some eight years ago.

The group’s mainstay of business is consultancy, technology (which include ICT) and human capital management. They even have dedicated subsidiaries for these business activities.

Hamzah is the Group CEO of IA Group of Companies and plays a very active role in the business development of these subsidiaries.

The question arise is how could an NEAC member, who is planning and formulating the human capital for the Government and later become policies, blueprints and implementation programs, be awarded and is still pursuing Government contracts?

Hamzah and IA Group was awarded contracts and is now actively pursuing Government awarded business opportunities under Ministry of Human Resource, Ministry of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, NCIA, IRDA, ECER and Khazanah Holdings Bhd.

Recently, IA Group formed a joint venture with Felda Prodata Systems Sdn. Bhd. to develop ICT business opportunities.

IA Group is an IT player is believed to ride on Felda’s position being a GLC and PM Najib’s close affinity for the land reform agency that turned into a full fledged business entity.

Hamzah is also believed to be very close to Felda Group CEO Dato’ Mohd. Bakke Salleh, who has been announced as the upcoming Group CEO of Sime Darby Bhd.

Now that Bakke is the Group CEO for a Malaysian MNC with very large regional operations in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia and some African states, Hamzah would naturally ‘ride’ on all the opportunities that will open to him and the IA Group.

Hamzah's integrity is at stake here. He is a Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC).

This raises more question. Could and most importantly, should an MACC commissioner, who is also member of the NEAC, canvass in direct and indirect business opportunities and contracts from Government and GLCs?

Probably, PM Najib should seriously look into the ‘talents’ that is being brought to advise the Government in official capacity.

It is unwise to have a ‘talent solution’ on personalities such as this but open his administration, policies and implementation to attacks and obviously position that is undefendable.

Najib should not be over reliance on official and advisors but establish his own back channel to do thorough background check and ensure the integrity of personalities filling up important places in Government and GLCS.

As it is, Najib's standard political answer to believe in the capability of Tan Sri Amirsham to fill the post of NEAC Chairman has proven him wrong.

He is believed to have selected Amirsham based on the recomendation of Tan Sri Nor Mohamd Yakcop. It was in the twilight of Amirsham's career and at a time his integrity is seriously being questioned for Maybank's overpriced purchase of Bank Indonesia Internasional (BII).

His questionable integrity has now translated into his wrongful appointment of NEAC members such as overly theoretical and ignorance of Malaysia Danny Quah, bias leaning against Malay Dato Nicholas Zachery, Melayu liberal Prof Norma, and Hamzah the 'double dipper'.

Najib's had again overrelied on Sime Darby officials' line of reasoning to select Dato Mohd Bakke Salleh as CEO without a thorough assessment of his performance at Felda, Bank Islam and Tabung Haji and understanding the organisational match.

All the candidate offered or so-called shortlisted by Sime Darby have the experiance to manage conglomorate organisation. Other than Sime Darby, there is too few in Malaysia. Managing such organisation requires unique skills.

There is no question that the prerogative to appoint also lies with the PM. However, he need to know that such oversight may prove disastrous and it is not impossible that the recent Sime Darby financial problem will lead to a bigger and more serious financial scandal in the future. It has happened elsewhere before and it had happened in the 'original' Sime Darby.

And, scandals are something Najib should avoid by miles, despite Merdeka Centre giving false ‘feel good’ vibes of 72% of Malaysians polled to have agreed with his plans for Malaysia.

Zambery still went ahead with Talent Solution

In our posting "Cronyism creeping into silver state" dated February 21st, this blogger touched on the challenges of Perak Menteri Besar, Dato' Seri Dr Zambery Abdul Kadir and the problems linked to people around him.

As a result, his contribution, whether actual or perceived, to Perak as a state and Perakians as it's most important stakeholder, is not seen as significant.

He is now grappling instead with practices of cronyism. There are specific projects not being carried out by existing Perak state government entities but instead by newly created and beutifully guised 'Fourth Floor'-like corporations, foundations and institutes.

Reliable informant claimed the Menteri Besar said some name mentioned in our previous expose did not know much of what is happening in his organisation. That raises another question: Is the person being by-passed within his own organisation? Who then is really calling the shots?

This leads to Zambery's launch tomorrow on Monday 21 March 2011 of the Perak Kerjaya Amanjaya (PEKA) career guidance and job centre created under the much elusive Institut Darul Ridzuan. Why is it that it is still being pursued with Talent Solution?

Has Zambery's administration refused to listen?

And do stop the shallow kampung political propaganda to divert attention from the true issues at stake. Let's not compell us to reveal more.

The career centre was reported to be proposed by Talent Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and as a content provider and operator, where else IDR will be the front for getting in all the monies from Perak state government.

PEKA seemed to be a noble idea for Perakians to be trained and up-skilled with the necessary programs and eventually placed. However, PEKA would be in collision with the Ministry of Human Resource (MOHR) Jobs Malaysia program, now being regenerated nationwide.

If PEKA is a good program for Perak, then the Exco should have been briefed and an approval from the highest decision making body be obtained first. However, Dr Zambery by-passed and just went along with Talent Solution's first job since being inception, which is less than four months ago, using IDR as the conduit.

Part of the program of 'train and place' or what this blog describe as "propose and plough" scheme is for Perak to pay for the training of the candidates on behalf of the industry or specific companies.

Otherwise, specific Federal Government agencies such as MOHR or MARA would foot the bill. PEKA would go around industries within Perak and then source out the candidates to be 'processed' via these expensive specific training programs candidates.

Some of the companiesto benefit from the overly generous program will include Kencana Petroleum (via Kencana HL - which based in Lumut) and Mydin.

Why these highly profitable companies need not pay for these training still baffles many but obviously these profit making entities are benefiting from budgets meant for social and economic development programs which do not bring returns?

Whether Perak or Federal Government such as MARA (using the 'Malay Agenda' excuse) is footing for this hare-brain scheme, it is clear that former Datuk Dr. Hamzah Kassim's right hand peoples' handiwork are at its best.


Already they are laying the groundworks with seminars and forums before they actually go for the kill.

Datuk Dr. Hamzah himself is no stranger to this "propose and plough" schemes, especially with regards to human capital sector. Being an NEAC member and informally advising the Federal Government on 'human capital' matters, Datuk Dr. Hamzah spared no stones unturned to corner business for that services sector.

Sources within stakeholders revealed that Datuk Dr Hamzah attempted to propose to the Federal Government for career centres which in practice would rivaled MOHR's Jobs Malaysia.

Considering that Innovation Associate Group do business with MOHR on human capital projects, it seems that they are very ambitious.

Coincidentally, 'Talent Solution' is the buzzword to describe Datuk Dr. Hamzah's Chief Human Capital Officer Czarina Alia's private venture Talent Solution Sdn. Bhd. which is trying to partner with IDR, despite he is still actively, legally and willfully part of the Innovation Associate Group of companies.

Another cronyism creature created by Zambery is Yayasan Bina Upaya (YBU). With IDR given the 'softwares' to play with, YBU gets the 'hardwares'. YBU gets the high value physical projects such as property development and public and low cost housing.

The CEO is Khairul Azwan, who is Pasir Salak UMNO Youth Chief and a strong advocate for the nationally-loathed UMNO Youth Chief Khairy Jamaluddin. IDR CEO Aminuddin Hashim, who was Datuk Dr. Hamzah's IA Associate Director also sits on the board.

One wonders now whether the man did not what is happening?

This blogger will spare the details and try the proper channel so as not to give bullets to crazy Nizar Jamaluddin.

This is truly a case of plough and plough which old timers in the corporate game snigger at the amaterishness of the scheme. It is too obvious and easily seen. MACC can build a case in just one raid.

Dr Zambery has to be more transparent. Despite both entities being state government GLCs, the Perak Exco is elusive for the activities and mode of operandi. Dr Zambery must answer a lot of questions regarding his very own 'Level Four' GLCs.

Why Perak Exco are not made known of these two organisations activities and more importantly, Perak Exco as the highest decision making committee's approval were never obtained?

Why Dr. Zambery did not use existing agencies such as Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak or Federal Government agencies such as Jobs Malaysia to undertake these programs is baffling.

It is suspiciously illustrating that Dr. Zambery, being a onetime-staunch-Anwarista is using these newly created and re-activated creatures to build his own war chest. Is he making the strategic move for Anwar Ibrahim to come back into UMNO?

Nevertheless, these cronysim practices in Perak would serve BN no good when the party is only has a borderline advantage over Pakatan Rakyat, which is starting to slide due to Dr. Zambery's inability to deliver and manage the expectations of the common Perakians, include the Malays.

It is time the blogger replay an ole boarding school cheer: Why are we waiting? Why are we waiting? Why are waiting? Why are we still waiting for an answer from Zambery and his team?

Dr Zambery had promised to engage us bloggers but have not kept his words. He has made himself systematically blocked by a group of insecure or guilty conscious officers within his office.

This blog does not have the high Alexa ranking as the likes of Parpukari, Gap, Gomo etc., but do heed our warning because it has the ears and attention of the necessary people.

Datasonic pre-determined for fuel card contract?

In our posting seeking not to misunderstood Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism (or the Malay acronym KPDNKK) Minister, Dato Hasan Malek [read here], this blog dropped a hint on an upcoming scoop related to an impending fuel subsidy management system said to be implemented on September 1st.

One source deep inside MOF suspect that it relates to the fuel subsidy card system that will be implemented and someone have been confirmed the contract. Her fear is that all these raids are only for show to get the public to agree. It will end the moment the fuel card contract is awarded.

Since TV3 in Bulletin Utama yesterday evening [try at Tonton.com here] reported Hasan Malek welcoming any suggestion to their on-going study but revealed that a decision is coming up soon, it  only confirmed the information of our MOF source.

Another source told us yesterday that the EPU under Dato Abdul Wahid Omar had pre-decided that the fuel card system will be used despite Hasan's invitation to any suggestions. In addition, the fuel subsidy management system has been guaranteed to a consortium led by Datasonic Berhad.

High government officials with vested interest and neo-liberals with insidious agenda are not interested to plug the leak on subsidised fuel to lessen the government subsidy burden but are only interested to make a buck out of public misery.

Mahathir washed his hands as Bukit Aman investigate Zeti's husband

Datuk Dr Tawfiq Ayman, the husband of former Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) governor Tan Sri Dr Zeti Akhtar Aziz, was spotted at the police Commercial Crime unit here giving his statement for three hours.

Wearing a mask, he was seen waiting and talking to his lawyer at a coffee outlet at 9.50am before going into Menara KPJ in Jalan Tun Razak 10 minutes later.

Sources told theedgemarkets.com that he had his statement recorded for three hours and was seen leaving the vicinity slightly after 1pm, while being accompanied by his lawyer Datuk Jagjit Singh. It is understood he may come again next week.

Tun Dr Mahathir washed his hands and claim ignorance of Zeti's 1MDB involvement. His denial is not believable to staunch Najib supporter and FBooker, Lim Sian See.

Rivalry between Bersatu and Umno set to intensify

IT was a picture that was worth a thousand words.

There was an awkward air surrounding the presidents of the three ruling Malay parties when they met in the Prime Minister’s office in Parliament on Wednesday (Dec 9).

There was not much conversation in the room.

Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu) president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin sat still as a painting while his Umno counterpart Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was not his usual chatty self.

Things were certainly not fine between them and only PAS president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang seemed relaxed and comfortable.

Great unexpectations

Great Expectations was classic Dickens novel depicting themes of crime, social class, empire and ambition in the Georgian era.

The main character, Pip became involved in a broad range of classes; from criminals like Magwitch to the extremely rich like Miss Havisham.

No, no ... ABITW is not delving into the world of into literature. Science stream turned right brainer social scientifically oreinted me will not take my brain any further left into literature.

The famous novel title happen to be a nice title to pun. In the last few postings, there have been many great unexpectations of responses and reactions.

Camera shy Tengku Zafrul?

Our February 14th posting here wrote of Tengku Zafrul's attempt to meet us to deny. Through people he seeked help, he said he was misquoted and the video will show otherwise.

Oh really ... by the time Merlimau dan Kerdau by-election is over on March 6th, that will be three weeks since he took the bloggers response to his remarks as serious. The incident will be one month by then.

The fact now is there is NO video to prove he didn't say it.

Tengku Zafrul is now stripped naked of his past wrongdoings and there are many more in the comments of our February 13th posting here.

Maybank Group CEO, Dato Wahid Omar said in Utusan Malaysia that he is not defending him when he said it is merely his opinion and has apologised to Tan Sri Isa Samad.

There is no denial and now there is no open apology.

Silver magic?

Deviated by several request, this blog had to postphone the MAS 4th series for several current exposes.

The first was on the silver state of Perak here on February 21. The expose was about a company and personality that have been in our radar i.e. Innovation Associates and NEAC member, Dato Dr Hamzah Kassim.

They've got some people as proxies in two month old company Talent Solution Sdn Bhd to secure job placement consulting from Institiut Darul Redzuan (IDR).

Through some people the IDR people have given a response.

So what if it is a Bumiputera company? Why not an open tender for other established Bumiputera Companies to take a crack at it too?. Why these people whose hardly invested anything in the company, talking IT?

This contract has not been awarded but is already emitting bad signals of Perak Menteri Besar, Dato Dr Zambery Kadir's administration.

Taking up his sincere request two years ago that we bloggers be that check and balance for his administration to excell, we have done exactly that to highlight his problem of the "people around him".

The expected response should be denial or acknowledgement to look into the matter but the great unexpectation was the "people around him" got restless.

In typical style of former Minister Azalina cybertroopers and some mamak from Pulikat or Malbari, India, the response seemed towards "witch hunting and fixing up" of few key people in the state Government.

Suddenly this guy who has isolated bloggers from Kuala Lumpur is getting accolades on the blogosphere.

There is this whispering character assasination campaign spreading words like "so and so is jealous because couldn't get timber concession, etc.", "so and so aspiring to become Menteri Besar", "so and so always complaining" etc. Low class bitching.

The subtle fixing up and smear campaign going on which we are able to read the execution down to the mastermind himself.

One direct question was heard to have been posed to someone, "Why are you attacking Zambery".

Oh my, these types of responses are an insult to anyone's intelligence. It as though our know who network is limited to the predictable few.

Our act to express our views in this blog cannot be determined by anyone including family, friends and bloggers who didn't exist before 2008. So what if they are Ministers.

If such carefully threaded posting is viewed as attack, that person should be fired from Zambery's office. It signifies political immaturity of someone not worthy to work under someone with two masters degree and a doctorate in political thoughts.

To those that wish to response to criticism in a negative way, remember that the sure victim will be their boss as he will be in the line of fire. Simply the buck stops at him.

Gay Minister

On the gay Minister here on Feb 24th, that must have been the talk of the town. Many commented to claim it is so and so, but we are not revealing nor confirming here.

There were strange responses.

Many guessed it as Dato Khaled Nordin but why no one made any attempt on the Johorean Deputies like Dato Dr Latiff Ahmad, Dato Razali Ibrahim and Dato Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi. etc. We didn't say full Minister, did we?

Why no attempt to guess the MIC or MCA Ministers? Or is there none from Johor?

What is most strange is why are the oppositions and opposition-minded blogs still insistant on guessing it as Dato Hishamuddin despite us pre-empting with denial?

Let us repeat again. NO, IT IS NOT HISHAMUDDIN LA ...STUPID!

The picture was intentionally put as a decoy.

Is the Anwar-infested opposition saving another gay from embarassment or they like the allegedly gay Minister is doing at his Ministery (which must be to their favour)?

That is a big clue for us sniffing hound dogs.

Uncle Loh-Bird

Blogger Syed Akbar's replacement of Tan Sri Robert Phang on the MACC Panel reminded us of the need to hurry our expose on the issues and personalities he claimed are creating perception problems for MACC, Police and Attorney General's Office.

It is not the issues and personalities that is the problem, but perception problems.

It is like the singing nun asking "How do you hold a moonbeam in your hand?" in Sounds of Music.

There are no ends to perception plays and especially perception plays with no facts and sensible story line but meant to confuse and take the common naive minds for a ride. These are irresponsible people.

Our three series attracted a reaction from MAS Deepthroat on Malaysia Today which we can zero in to be either as lawyer Rosli Dahlan or his accomplice inside MAS.

By the way, his accomplice is away abroad to London, Europe and Australia from February 23rd on family trip at 10% of commercial rate. Can the MAS Kargo Managing Director make an MACC report on abuse of facility?

MAS Deepthroat ... why must you mentioned about Nadeemah Adeeb replaced by Rizana? Now I have to rubbish some who just retired and recently lost a husband.

The losses in MAS can be primarily attributed to corruption, abuses and incompetence by top management home grown from within MAS. They reach a stage where they reap while they could sow and they have got friends to cover for each other.

Nadeemah is not corrupt. Her late husband has a good architectural practice. She doesn't need the money.

Her problem was that she covers for her MAS colleageus. Why were leakages at MAS Catering, deals with World Airways and disappearance of two jet engines swept under the carpet?

Equaliser By-elections

Having visited the two by-election venues at Merlimau and Kerdau, Barisan Nasional is likely to equalised the 8 wins by "Pakatan Rakyat".

Merlimau is a case of over prepared to the point that they had to many ceramahs that ended up being under attended.

The UMNO in Merlimau machinery problem is caught with too many meetings. A case of overanalysis leads to paralysis. They should have instead rely on a master strategist to direct and coordinate the campaign.

PAS has Mat Sabu there.

Their problem in Melaka is basically it is BN country and it does not help that they have a candidate dodging many bullets since the last two days.

The Melaka psywar is moving on the right track and disrupting the PAS campaign. UMNO in Merlimau could win by at least 4,000 votes.

But not in Kerdau. They have to buck up to win by more than the last general election.

PAS is not expecting to win with twice lost candidate but they have a longer scope strategy in play. They need to create sufficient dent so that PAS can take over Temerloh in the next General Election.

PAS president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man is in the running to win over the unpopular locally and unpopular in UMNO for his liberal ways and Anwarista past, Deputy Minister Dato Saifuddin Abdullah.

Instead of the usual ceramah and open house-to-house campaign, PAS is going deep and slow to mislead UMNO machinery into complacency.

For Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, it is not in his character to play dirt. He reads UMNO to strive with opponent's dirty play. It allows them to play the shamed victim role.

PAS is rubbishing the state Government and infusing dissatisfaction on daily issues like Felda local management derived problems, local public facilities and etc. They are sending the message that they are more people friendly than the sloganised UMNO.

If UMNO does not go aggresive for the next half of the campaign, the best majority they could gather will be 2,000.

Mentioning of Anwaristas, the question "Apa akan jadi jika Anwar kembali ke UMNO?" kind of wrapped and linked all these, isn't it?

Justice4Adib: Police whitewash or failure to investigate?

On Tuesday August 4th, Home Minister, Dato Seri Hamzah Zainudin informed Parliament that police will take actions in relation to the "murder" of firefighter Muhammad Adib. Taken from The Sun below:

The investigation paper (IP) on the death of firefighter Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim (pix) had been referred back to the Attorney-General’s Chambers on July 23 along with several suggestions, the Dewan Rakyat was told today.

 

Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin said the IP, among other things, suggested for 12 suspects who were previously believed of being involved in Adib’s death on Dec 17, 2018, to be charged under Section 143 of the Penal Code.

Hamzah received applause from other members. Saved for expected resistance from Indian MPs in the opposition, it appeared as though the long arms of the law have found its way to the alleged murderers. 

Upon reflection, it is no big deal and seemed a whitewash or sheer wayang.

It's bullshit and a lie, Aminuddin!

After two years, where is IDR's Perak Amanjaya blueprint?
Or it remain only concept on his fingers?

How is Barisan Nasional to defend Perak when officials in Government and Government-sponsored institute do not heed our warning and remain stubborn? And then come out with a reply that avoids the issue and tries to bullshit and lie.

Does he think we are stupid or something?

It is a discomfort for this blogger to be expected to restrain himself and not play his role because there are those who believe Perak is not quite you call a safe state and one eye should be closed to wrongdoings.

In fact, it is because if Perak is not quite you call a safe state, there is more reasons that there should be no compromise on good governance, efficient use of state resources, and combat against wrongful practices of corruption, cronyism and nepotism or KKN, as some faction in UMNO used to call.

If BN is to lose Perak now, not a single sen must be allowed to leak for some politician to make hay while sunshine.

It is because honesty, integrity and effectiveness in governing and bringing peace, harmony and abundance to the rakyat will be the premise for the people to yearn to see BN return to power.

Barisan Nasional wants to remain in power in Perak forever, thus small things must not be allowed to add up to be a problem.

With that bit of sermon, the response by Institut Darul Ridzuan (IDR)'s CEO, Aminuddin Amin's (read in Perak Today here) on our allegation of the wrongful manner in the appointment of Talent Solution as consultant for PEKA (read past posting here and here) is best described as a dud.

"It's bullshit and a lie, Aminuddin!"

In case, Aminuddin or anyone would like to point fingers or blame others for this bloggers writing, mind you that is an insult. This blogger is quite aware that Aminuddin have been openly expressing that thought.

Let me say this to him, "F**k you!"

This blogger answers to nobody and can be told by nobody. This blog is not one of those that mushroomed after BN's loss after 2008 and need to be encouraged, trained and taught to blog. No offense intended to those bloggers.

In case this mother*ucker does not know, this blog existed since 2005, 6 *ucking years ago. This blogger have been in the political cyberwar defending BN and UMNO since the reformasi days and have a sleepy Prime Minister with a wicked son-in-law as casualty in his batch of honour.

Don't ever *ucking say that someone can *ucking tell me to write this and that. I will write what I want to write and at my own time, *ucker!

How can Aminuddin deny that Talent Solution is not his crony and claim that the individuals involved in the company have been in the business for 15 years?

Read back what is written here and tell us how he could make such claim?

Kota Damansara based, Talent Solution is only registered three month ago. The two Directors of Talent Solution are Wan Azrain, former Education Manager with NCER and Amie Yusnizar, administrative assitance with an American bottling plant in Petaling Jaya.

Both of them probably never had a total 15 years employment experiance. Neither have they any recruitment or job placement experiance nor are they Perakians.

Aminuddin was quoted on video saying, "Yang lebih penting, kita juga mengambil faktor semangat syarikat ini yang mana tunggak Talent Solution ialah anak jati Perak dan mereka ini mahu bersama-sama IDR untuk membangunkan negeri ini."

He *ucking lied!

In actual fact, these two people are proxies to Czarina Alia, COO of Innovation Associte's recruitment arm Career Xcell who is STILL A FULLTIME employee of IA and unprofessionally and unethically, doing business on the side.

IA Group CEO is Datuk Dr Hamzah Kassim, who is a NEAC member. Aminuddin was IA's former Associate Director.

In case sqaure accountants doesn't understand the meaning of the word cronyism, the Oxford Dictionary describe crony as intimate friends. Wikipedia described it as below:

Cronyism is partiality to long-standing friends, especially by appointing them to positions of authority, regardless of their qualifications. Hence, cronyism is contrary in practice and principle to meritocracy.

This consultancy was given to Talent Solution for Aminuddin's long-standing friendshp with his former IA colleague, Czarina.

Who is he trying to bullshit to claim below:

"Tidak dinafikan ada beberapa syarikat lain yang tampil menawarkan khidmat konsultan kepada IDR tetapi kita lihat mereka ini tidak mampu dari segi pengalaman dan kepakaran."

Upon saying that in Peral Today report, Aminuddin went on his usual concept bullshit, which he can only impress those naive and ignorant blokes.

Let me ask him: Why does IDR need to reinvent the wheel already done by the Ministry of Human Resource and Jobs Malaysia at the additional expense of the state government of Perak?

Conveniently, I was told that PEKA's office in Ipoh is right across the street to Jobs Malaysia's office. Leave it to the readers to draw a suspicion.

As consultant, Aminuddin may be thinking so princely of himself as though he is an "untouchable" and indispensible blue-boy because he has the ears of Menteri Besar, Dato Seri Dr Zambery Abdul Kadir.

He should remember that he is a public servant and even the Menteri Besar can be dispensed by the rakyat. If the choice is between holding on to power and him, a politician will dump him.

Aminuddin could become a political liability to the Menteri Besar and BN state Government if he doesn't deliver. After two years and millions of state money poured into IDR, what blueprint and great ideas have his think tank produce. Has his concepts tanked?

This is not about Zambery or any politicians but about a public servant who does not know his place in the scheme of things that he thinks he can bullshit the public.
